You can disable the back to the top from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> ToTop button => https://www.screencast.com/t/JVYklvqk (if you have the mobile page or mobile resposive)
Also, for the mobile theme plugin, you can only hide using a Custom Code CSS

AMP is loading there and it is broken. In order to disable this option “Exit mobile version”, you need to disable this setting: https://i.imgur.com/LxpDtB2.png
The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:

Please deactivate if you have another page builder and use only tagdiv Composer.

You can use the Flex Block 1 and you can filter it to display the posts only from a category -> https://i.imgur.com/Nnt3zGX.png and you can design it to look like a posts loops block.
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Layout, Style, ADS and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).

You use the Mobile Theme plugin. If you uninstall it, then it will work like the desktop version. The Mobile layout is different than the desktop version and you need to apply the settings for the mobile theme in the theme panel-> Mobile theme. When you do some settings in the desktop version, the settings won’t apply to the mobile theme either. 
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-quick-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For the cache plugin you need to use FTP/file manager to go to that location and remove/delete the mentioned files.
For the mobile header, do you use more headers? Or you have on some of pages/cloud templates the mobile page template -> https://i.imgur.com/i5SfJ6f.png -> https://i.imgur.com/iCANaZN.png ??

If you use the cloud templates with cloud module and not the default ones, then this issue is solved. The tagdiv Composer plugin is a bigger one with a lot of functions and settings. Our developers tried to improve it more and more and optimize it as much as they could in every update. 
There are a lot of factors which can make your site slow. Make sure you use only some templates and fewer functionalities and options. 
Some factors which you need to take into account are: 
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on. 
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.
