I have been building some new pages with the tagdiv editor and quite like it. I have now created a cloud template that I want to use for some of my posts.
The template has saved and in a new post I can see it as an option in the Post Settings / Post Template section.
My problem is that it does not display in the Edit Post area so I can not understand where it can be edited. If I try to preview then the template displays correctly. I believe that if I edit the template it would change for all posts using the template.
How do I amend the template content for each individual post please?

I have added elements on pages, but there seems to be empty space below each. I don’t want an empty space, I’d like to create my own or edit it in some way. I’m aware of the “empty Space” element, but how do you edit this existing empty space or get rid of it.
I’m not sure how to attach screenshots. But when I’m in editing mode and hover over my element, there is a yellow shaded space below it. In preview mode, this shows up as an empty space. I have tried editing the row’s “Divider” but it hasn’t made a difference.
Please let me know if this is able to be edited. I’d like for each row to have 4px gap between them on my homepage. #

Twitter sometimes does not show the image at times; and you’d need to come back to it later.
Or, try the twitter card validator, put in the URL to preview they captured the image properly.
As long as image is the minimum size, and found in the twitter card meta data in your header, they grab it.
Theme has zero control over that.

Updated to the latest version, cleared cache but the featured image and thumbnail for the standard post is not working. All my new posts seem to be suffering from this issue. Here’s a sample of my post

That will easily be possible with a cloud post template, for example it is possible to place an ad box above the related articles section as you mention

Hey support.
I followed the instructions and updated the theme to a newer version. But after doing that, i tried previewing everything, and my website was disorganized. All they settings and styles, were changed, and i was unable to see even the composer.
What can i do?

Hi, we are experiencing a strange bug.
When you search for articles in the search tool (magnifing glass in top right) of our website (acquariofilia.org) it shows, in the preview, some results. Then, if you click search, other results appear.
We did use a search plugin, since the basic researc tool was quite inaccurate.
It’s called “relevanssi”.
Is it possible to show the correct research in the preview? Or we have to stick with the imprecise research by default?

Good morning Calin, the problem does not depend on the brouser. In local on the broser everything works fine. The problem is when Google’s bot goes to read the page to allow to highlight the data contained in it. Google’s rendering can not “read” the page well. To test, enter Google Search Console, ask to highlight the data (Gooogle will show you a preview of the page to allow you to select the data to highlight). I remain available for more info.

Sorry for the delayed response, seems the topic was unintentionally overlooked for some reason.
1. There is currently an issue when selecting the latest articles template for pages.
While the latest articles template is applied after being selected and the page published/updated, the settings for it are not displaying.
We are working on a fix for this issue however, it will be provided as soon as possible.
2. Between actual modules displaying posts is not possible by a theme setting. With cloud templates you can place ad boxes around the post loop (above it, next to it, below it)

Each can be imported (and modified if needed), there is also a blank template in which you can design your own templates.
3. The best way to place and ad below the pagination is to use the post loop elements instead of the latest articles section for the template. It is basically the same thing, but the loop can be positioned wherever in the page content, with other content around it

4. There was a problem with the theme lazyload in the previous version, it is now fixed however. If you have not already, please update the theme, then clear all caching including browser cache. The problem should be fixed.
5. Usually this kind of issue is caused by caching plugin. I have seen before plugins like total cache creating the problem. We tested the mobile theme with WP Super Cache and it works as intended. But some other caching plugins or settings from them can cause the mobile theme plugin to load for desktop users or various other issues.

Hello, my company’s site http://www.lawweekcolorado.com is currently running the latest update of the Newspaper theme and we are experiencing some serious issues. The problems started after the latest update to WordPress. Since the issues were discovered, we have had GoDaddy support and our developer review the site but haven’t had success in stabilizing the site.
Both GoDaddy and our developer have pointed to the theme as being the root cause of the issue and before we abandon Newspaper all together, we wanted to reach out to see if you had any solutions. Below is a list of solutions we have already tried.
âą Update Newspaper to the most current version
âą Activate and deactivate plugins
âą Restoring the database with an older backup (which helped get the site to display, but load time is still extremely slow)
âą Tested a new theme (site loaded without any issues and was fast on the backend and frontend)
Any insights you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Stretched rows containing default blocks can produce these results. The predefined blocks use the same thumbnail size at all times.
For full width results use flex blocks, these have options to load a bigger thumbnail

I’ve updated my wp 5.0.1, updated Newspaper 9.2.1 and tried to use new block editor. New editor didn’t work properly, post preview didn’t work, publish didn’t work, my categories didn’t show, tags and custom taxomoies didn’t show.
So I’ve installed classic editor plugin. Everything is OK but now I can’t see post settings tab (Post templates, reviews, smart lists).
Is this a conflict with newspaper and classic editor plugin or something else? What sholud I do to fix this?

So ads before the featured video/image? With the predefined post templates that would not be possible unless modifying the template files and placing the ad code there.
With cloud post templates you could set an ad box before the post content or featured image/video element. You could experiment with cloud post templates. Here are all the available ones at the moment (preview and even edit them)

I’ve got a website where I’m setting featured images and adding written content to posts. When I click on preview, the content is not showing up as changed at all. But when i publish, the content is indeed changed. Why is the preview not working? anyone had this happen to them?
Hello, so I’m currently having issues with the preview images when I share links on various websites such as FB and Twitter. They won’t load.
It appears to be caused by the WPBakery plugin but I am not 100% certain. When I deactivate the plugin it does seem to resolve the issue but shortly afterward reverts to the same error. It has happened previously and I did figure out a certain sequence of activating and deactivating certain plugins fixed the issue, however, I can’t recall the details.
With that said, what is the likely cause and fix for this issue?

Your custom templates are really great, first of all.
But I need some modifications on it.

But I need the star rating review moved on the right, and the content on the left.
Basically, “flip” them.
I have tried to manually move them, but the row on which 3.4 rating sits is still bigger. And the content row is smaller, even when I change the row settings.
