The problem keeps happening. It forces me to edit the Newspapper core files to change the facebook id. This change is stepped on when a theme update is applied. I currently have more than 10 clients, for which I must manually configure this change.

Yes I had to change it to not let our users be scared by the mega menu, it is suppose to look like on the screen I’ve link earlier

I did as indicated, delete and reinstall both as indicated and the problem persists.

I tried again to disable the two newpaper plugins, I cleared the cache and I reinstalled two plugins. I went to the search console to see if I could get the fix validation started. The result is this: on “review snippet” the correction has been started while on “products” where the error is “missing field review” the validation has still been rejected as the error remains in the published articles.

Hi @calin, I have already deactivated and reactivated the two newspaper plugins when I fixed the “aggregate Rating” problem. This was done a few days ago and soon after that the new problems I listed on “products” and “review snippets” started.
Also as I said in the other message in addition to the missing field “review” there is the missing field on “review snippet”, an error that I have never received (we have about 2000 reviews).

@bettina @anamaria In reality, I am very worried! I made the changes to “aggregateRating” and started the fix from Search Console that Google validated.
The problem is that today two new problems begin: the first concerns the missing field “review” that you had corrected with a previous update. Today it has appeared again as you can see here https://ibb.co/QDnSs08 (this error is found in “products”)

I don’t understand where your theme is going. These are very serious errors that have a huge weight on SEO and are bound to increase without a quick fix. I trust your prompt intervention. These errors are not acceptable in the Serach Console because Google penalizes the website. So to reply to your previous message: I am very worried.

The only warning is related to missing field “aggregateRating”, but this is optional and practically this was the cause of this issue (votes number instead of the author).

Please make a full backup before.

Now there is a need for “your” new update to the “missing aggregate Rating field” theme. Do you think you will be able to solve it in a short time? These issues negatively affect the Google SERP.
