Hi,

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello,

I recommend using a cloud template for all templates and disabling the tagdiv Standard pack plugin, which is deprecated. After you import a cloud template, you can assign it global for all posts, and after creating a sidebar with tagdiv Composer as you want -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/

We decided to do a completely fresh install of NP theme after the problem experienced with the ‘Critical Vulnerabilitiies’ issue. So we have created a completely fresh install of NP theme in a dev site at dev.onlineinvestmentconference.com. (Our main NP site, the one we are replacing, is at onlineinvestmentconference.com. I assume there is no licensing issue?)

We’ve installed NP theme but when we try to activate the Composer Plugin, it creates a ‘Critical Error’ message that kills the website. Then we have to delete the plugin using Webmin, and everything works fine again. But with no Composer. We tried also the Cloud Library plugin and same problem. The only other difference is that for the first time we are using WordPress Multisite. Could this cause a problem? I hope not.

What do think the problem is and how do we fix it?

Hello!

First of all, you should have the TagDiv Shop plugin installed and active.
Here you should have the product categories: https://app.screencast.com/TGmWsdV01LKyP
Every product should have a category assigned: https://app.screencast.com/CXuVSIjfENR7W
They could have multiple categories assigned.
You can add the product categories to a menu and display them in your header: https://app.screencast.com/ILBFK4oyvx6Ys.
When you click on a product category, it will automatically lead you to the pages with the products from that category: https://app.screencast.com/gJhLqGexBDhFx -> https://app.screencast.com/jMR42TGJpwUQO
Some shortcodes can be added only to some pages; that’s why you can’t find any shop shortcodes for your homepage, for example.
Documentation is here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/.
You can install the templates from the Cloud Library and use them on your website.
Here you can find the product ID: https://app.screencast.com/IuIBIFksblIyX.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please activate the tagdiv Standard pack plugin if you use standard template, if not, then you need to add the element from tagdiv Composer, in the single post template.

Thank you!

Hello!

Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
You should update the theme and plugins too.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
3. install TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
4. activate TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library

Delete all the cache and let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello, since we updated to the latest version of TagDiv Newspaper, we have encountered a critical error message on posts from several years ago. However, when we go into the post and only hit update (without actually updating anything), the error goes away and we can view the post again.

We checked with our host (BigScoots) and they said it is due to an error in TagDiv. Please see below and please provide any guidance that you can.

After an update to Version: 12.6.5, the website is only showing text where blocks are, i.e. [td_block_11 category_id=”57″]

I deleted and reinstalled the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, but no change. They are both active in the tagDiv theme plugins.

What am I missing?

My site URL: https://converseer.com

My website, URL above, has been up for over two years without viruses or malware but since I purchased Newspaper Theme from Theme Forest and started using it, my site visitors started complaining of viruses and malware.

I did a scan and found some issues with the TagDiv Composer (2) and TagDiv Cloud Library (4) – the only two plugins I have on my site.

First, I noticed users were being added to by site without my knowledge and when I remove the users, they will be readded again, most times, new ones, and it happens when I am off the site.

It kept happening until I had to remove the Opt-In Builder plugin, which I suspected was adding users without my knowledge.

Today, I got messages from my site users that my site has been compromised and my page views have dropped.

See screenshot:

Hello!

Today my website woke up with the same problem again: When trying to add a new post, a white screen appears.

I’m using WordPress 6.5 and I updated tagdiv version 12.6.5 and all associated plugins TagDiv Composer, Cloud Library Social Counter Opt-in Builder and Standart Pack but the problem persists.

The paleative solution I found was a plugin that disables Gutenberg.

Did anyone else have the same problem?

Hello @keverix3 !

1. If you upload an image that is smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM

2. Do you have any error? Check out: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-customize-the-sitemap-index/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sitemap-is-not-opening-i-am-facing-sitemap-error/

3. You can also add the ad code in the theme panel and choose from where you like to display the ad in the shortcode Ad box from tagdiv composer using a cloud template.
If you use default templates, then the ad should be displayed if the code is correct.
Check out the documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ads/

Hello,

@alessandro_tpp
Please activate the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Thank you!

I have two problems:

nullwhen trying to activate the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, the site stops working and writes on a white background:

“A critical error has occurred on the site. Please check your admin mail inbox for further instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

when trying to activate the “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugin in the plugins menu, it says that the plugin is activated but shows another problem:

“PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY – The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper: tagDiv Cloud Library”

how do I activate these plugins and avoid the error?
