I continue to email and you say you fix it, but you don’t. Why isn’t this handled yet?
I can’t edit with the theme builder pages properly. The plugins tab shows up over the search box and you can’t delete grids or anything placed on page once placed.
I also offered to pay to have it customized and nothing. Nobody has offered to help there either.
This is extremely frustrating that this is taking so long to resolve.
Hi Team,
When I try to edit some templates I’m getting this –> https://prnt.sc/u8c025 error in the dev console and the spinner is keep spinning.

Hi, I’m using “Gourmet Pro”. The post template is set up with 3 columns. How can I change this to 2 columns? I tried deleting the blocks in TD composer and dragging the center column to expand so there’s more room for the main text of the post but the text then gets messed up and overlayed onto the featured image …
I realize you have 2 column templates in other demo’s in the cloud library but they have different fonts and style … I want to keep the “Gourmet Pro” style and fonts but change to 2 columns.
Hi,
1. You can remove these element using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/PO3m4lJ.png click on the menu and change it -> https://i.imgur.com/cs9sVrX.png or use the right click to remove it -> https://tagdiv.com/right-click-menu-tagdiv-composer/
2. Please do not use WPBakery with tagDiv Cloud Library, this will not work correctly. please disable the WPBakery plugin and the layout will be display correctly.
3. To remove the author you need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and use the right click on author to remove it.
4. You can remove the comment count from the blocks using this option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/F5Q1tDg.png also in order to remove it from posts you can use these settings for standard templates -> https://i.imgur.com/iRudzRZ.png if you are using a PRO Demo or just a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library for posts, then you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and use the right click on the elements you want to remove. -> https://i.imgur.com/tEctz6F.png -> https://i.imgur.com/eZNPb6Q.png using other ads.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m currently experiencing an issue with the TD Composer where it won’t fully load and allow me to edit my site:

Here is a screenshot of the errors showing up in the inspector tool’s console:

So far I have checked to see if a plugin was causing this issue, but no new plugins were installed recently. Also, all plugins are currently up-to-date. I’m unsure of how else I can troubleshoot this issue.
Please let me know if any additional information is required.
Thank you.
Saving changes in the td composer does not appear to be functioning. When saving, even for simple changes, it does not provide notification that changes have been saved nor does it save – the save icon button keeps spinning.
Hi,
For some reason the “Edit with TD composer” is not working.
Once you get in, it stays frozen and not responding forever.
Please help, as I have urgent changes to do in the frontpage.
Thanks

Thanks for your repsonse, I could manage to change some things with the help of the video, but still somethings are quite weird for me, I make changes in the mobile view but they dont show in the final version, so I just had to deactive the mobile + amp plugin and it kinda fixed the problem, but still is not showing properly, logo is unaligne regardless all the times I fixed the align in the tdcomposer.
Hi,
Thanks for the help, so you mean if i start out blank, im able to use the Theme Panel and TD composer together?
if so,
greatly appreciated if you can also tell me how to start out blank, thank you very much!
Hi romeoblu26,
You can try tow quick fix:
1. Try to use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and check if tagDiv Composer is working again or not.
2. Add a fix in theme files, for this you need to go on wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/js/tagdiv-theme-plugins-setup.js and replace the jQuery(window).load(function () { from line 234 -> https://i.imgur.com/agaEJWA.png with jQuery(window).on("load", function () { -> https://i.imgur.com/zBFX5Ye.png also you need to do the same on this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/assets/js/js_files_for_wp_admin.min.js but since this file is minify you can replace the code inside it with this one ->https://pastebin.com/YTiYVfU4
These warnings will be fix for the coming updates!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I have fixed the issue! It was due to the wordpress 5.5 update. I deactivated TD Composer and uninstalled, then re-installed and activated.
Then I cleared my browser cache and it worked!
It was simple at the end 😀
Hi ksnaith,
We already provide a fix for smart list problem and this will be add in coming update too.
To fix this problem with smart list you need to replace the content from this file path wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php with this code
For mobile theme you need to add this code in the functions.php that is responsible for mobile theme -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php -> https://i.imgur.com/2QIcCte.png
Thank you!

Hello !
Please use this css code: .td-container, .tdc-row, .tdc-row-composer {
width: 1200px;
}
The code must be inserted here: https://www.screencast.com/t/J1Nxw5s5
Thank you !
Thanks for the reply, Vlad.
I have it working with an update of the theme.
But I’m having frequent 504 errors, and my host WPEngine suggested “modifying the caching that they save to the database, seems like it’s causing some bloat, which is causing queries to be slower, which is resulting in the requests timing out and giving you 504s.” They say it’s related to these plugins: Its related to these custom plugins:
td-standard-pack
td-social-counter
td-newsletter
td-composer
td-cloud-library.
Also a ton of autoloaded tables in the database, which can cause slowness as well. 2,105,748 bytes. We want that total to be under 800k or so for good performance but yours is actually over 2mb which is definitely not good.
These are the tables over 10k:
941076 | td_011_settings |
| 283020 | td_011_remote_cache |
| 73662 | GOTMLS_definitions_array |
| 71431 | td_011 |
| 52280 | Newspaper_demo_history |
| 48843 | ampforwp_ia_exclude_post |
| 33793 | td_covid19_data |
| 31614 | redux_builder_amp |
| 27074 | jetpack_file_data |
| 24007 | fa_icons_new |
| 23338 | td_008 |
| 19849 | wpsso_options |
| 14464 | page_scroll_to_id_instances |
| 14196 | aioseop_options |
| 13235 | rewrite_rules |
| 10735 | mom_options
Please help me make sense of these.
Thanks for all your help.

Hey, I had the issue that tag div composer didn’t load and so I looked for this issue in the forum and found the solution that I had to install the plugin “jQuery Migrate Helper”. Now everything works fine, but I wanted to ask if I now have to keep this plugin installed forever or if you are going to fix this issue that appeared apparently because of the new WP update…
Also, what does this warning mean that is shown by the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin?
This page generated the following warnings:
https://urban-digital.de/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/js/tagdiv-theme-plugins-setup.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated

jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated
https://urban-digital.de/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/assets/js/js_files_for_wp_admin.min.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
Please make sure you are using the latest version of all of your plugins, and your theme. If you are, you may want to ask the developers of the code mentioned in the warnings for an update.
I am receiving this error message when I am selecting to Edit with TD Composer.
The current content hasn't been created by TagDiv Composer!
How can I fix this?

Hi,
You can try a quick fix, try to use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and check if tagDiv Composer is working again or not.
Another alternative is to add a fix in theme files, for this you need to go on wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/js/tagdiv-theme-plugins-setup.js and replace the jQuery(window).load(function () { from line 234 -> https://i.imgur.com/agaEJWA.png with jQuery(window).on(“load”, function () { -> https://i.imgur.com/zBFX5Ye.png also you need to do the same on this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/assets/js/js_files_for_wp_admin.min.js but since this file is minify you can replace the code inside it with this one ->https://pastebin.com/YTiYVfU4
These warnings will be fix for the coming updates!

Hi,
I think that you want to write these in sub-footer, if you are using a standard footer style, you can do this from theme panel > footer -> https://i.imgur.com/DC2nEE8.png
if is a page or footer template, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and add the elements you want -> https://i.imgur.com/6dtDxNC.png
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more detsils.
Thank you!
Hi,
In the most of the cases this problem can be fixed by adding an extra code, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
add_action(‘admin_head’,function() {
echo ‘<style>.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block {max-width:726px;}</style>’;
});
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
