I downloaded the above theme from cloud library but when I try to edit the page using tag div composer I get an error message:

Error at rows: 7(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).

It worked ok when I used a clone site and editd the page but now on my live site it wont work

we have a site running Newspaper theme 9.2.2 and we’re having problems with the TD Composer plugin and need to update it so that we can get the YouTube API settings incorporated into the theme panel.

Last time we tried updating the theme (from 9.2.2 to 9.7.2) was back in May 2019 and it bricked the site so we decided to hold off for a while.

Is there an article that lists out the steps in detail for successfully updating? For example do we need to go from 9.2.2 to 9.7.3 first, then jump to 10.3.1?

Edit: If it matters we are using the Envato Market plugin. Is this the best way to proceed with updating?

I’m building a new server

imported post and pages via WP import options
installed and activated newspaper theme + related plugins

I get the errors below. I suspect this is because my exports are from ionMAG server which has the custom posts layouts which are not present with the current theme.
Is there a way to override previous post settings and apply the default one?

Hi, for quite some time already I get the following error popping up once every few days, sometimes lasting for minutes, some times lasting for days. I’ve no idea how it gets fixed, I usually try several things, but it’s really messed up and unpredictable. So I hope you will help me deal with it once and for all.

Why is this popping up? I am originally using the Gadgets template. In a previous ticket I was told that I should not set a website logo via the theme settings>Header, but rather to manually set the logo image inside the TD composer. I honestly have no idea what causes the problem, I contacted the Hosting provider, and they investigated the issue, said that everything from their side is just fine.

Hi, want to add a row with three buttons to my template. Thats already done. Each button should contain an ancor link. Onclick the user should be guided to a section of the same pages. Best case would be that onlick the page scrolls down to the top of the h2-title of the pages section.

What would be the best way to do this with your td composer / cloud library?

Hi,

I was trying to enter a shortcode in to the Pro footer template using the column text element. When I go to edit the text, the text editor will not open. I simply get a blank dialog box with the circle spinning in the middle.

Then when I try to save, I get another spinning box and the page will not save.

Then when I try to edit the template with TD Composer, that option is not available. When I click edit I get the standard WP text editor and all of the TD Composer shortcodes…

How in the heck am I supposed to make new templates to get rid of the legacy code when the editor doesn’t work.

Yes, I have disabled ALL plugins except tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter.
That did nothing to help the problem.

It not happening before.

I’ve just installed Newspaper 10.3.1 with the Pro demo, but when I tried to access TagDiv composer from “Edit With TagDiv Composer” link I received the following message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262223 bytes) in /home/*****/public_html/news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 699

I’m using PHP 7.2.7 and have made the suggested changes to wp.cofig and php.ini outlined on:

Wordpress emailed me the following data:
WordPress version 5.3.2
Current theme: Newspaper (version 10.3.1)
Current plugin: tagDiv Composer (version 2.5 | built on 11.03.2020 13:35)

How can I fix this?

We currently have three ads: 1 header ad, 1 sidebar ad (for a rectangle) and 1 custom ad (for another rectangle).

We placed the head code from Google AdSense to the Header Script Code part of the Analytics/JS Codes section in the Theme Panel.

Then, we placed the body code from Google AdSense into the appropriate Header, Sidebar and Custom ad sections in the Theme Panel.

We also confirmed where each adspot is selected on the home page In TD Composer.

On the home page, we can see the source code for each ad, header and body, in the proper places, but the ads are not appearing in any browser, with adblockers disabled and the site whitelisted.

Any ideas as to what the issue may be?

When we tried to save a minor update to our home page — changing the text of a header from “Notice” to “Advertisement” — we received a “Success” message followed with by this error message:

“Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

What would be causing this error message? We have not edited the home page since we launched the website, and we have never seen this error before today. All we did was change the text of a header.

How would we troubleshoot what is invalid about the page, if anything?

I’m working with l’historie layout that have many spaces with templates in cloud library for to edit, without problems. But now I need to do a little change in footer and TD Composer shows me an error which I can do nothing. The error is:

I have been trying many things, but it’s never working fine.

How to get or create a default Page template (not Post template) that is working fine with the gadgets pro ?

Menu is always overlaping. The page title + content is always in the header menu zone ans starts with the menu zone.

When i’m trying to change a template on an existing page (i’m migrating a website with newspaper + gadgets pro template…) with the tagdiv composer, others pages are also impacted and content disappears in wp normal backoffice.

I just the menu settings zone, not the page settings zone.

And when i manually edit the content page
