Recently I’m no longer able to load TD Composer to edit my homepage. It just displays the loading screen and I’ve let it sit for 10 minutes and nothing happens:

What could be causing this?
Hi FashionDogItalia,
I don’t quiet understand the problem you referring to, you don’t see the content in the TD Composer editor?
Please read this topic: -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/shortcodes-break-using-tagdiv-composer/
Thank you.
Cause by the TD Composer conflicts with Visual Composer. There are so many topic ask about that and doesn’t have solution.
Hi,
So the page keeps loading endlessly in the composer. There are a few suggestions you could try
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-error-when-edit-with-td-composer/
These solutions solved similar composer problems.
Also please check to make sure the theme system status is set according to the guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Worth investigating plugins as well, could be a plugin conflict between the composer and one your plugins. Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Update: we disabled all plugins, activated the TD Cloud Library plugin, and then we activated the other plugins one by one. It crashed when activating the TD Composer plugin.
Can we safely re-install the composer plugin? We won’t lose any pages and their lay outs we created using the Composer?

Hi Calin
I’ve done totally fresh installation of wordpress (with new db etc). I’ve installed Newspaper.zip theme(9.1), added td-composer.zip plugin. Problem still persists. Site was refreshed multiple times. I’ve tested this in Chrome, Safari, Firefox. It doesn’t work. I’m running php5.6 on my webserver. Please advise what are the next steps ?
Regards
Lukasz
Hi,
First please try to force refresh ( ctrl+shift_r), also please try with other browsers.
If the problem is still there, login on themeforest and get the theme with all files, deactivate the TD Composer, go on server, delete the plugin from theme files and install the new one.
Thank you.
Hi,
This is just a quick fix, you no need to worry about this issue when you’ll make the next update.
And in order to have full functionality of TD Composer you need to do the screenshot 2 and 3 like in examples ( to comment or delete that section and add the new one ).
Thank you fro your understanding.
Hello awtown,
First of all, please notice that we do not recommend using both plugins in the same way. If you have created your website with Visual Composer it’s not recommended as this page to be edited with TD Composer and reverse, sorry! Notice that from the beginning you have to use a single page builder. Some information about the transition between Visual Composer and TD Composer can be found here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
I do not exactly understand what you mean regarding on container size of the top. What kind of image do you want to be enlarged? Provide some useful screenshots.
The current width of the page is set up by default to 1021px wide and also, the theme does not support to be in full width or increase the actual layout.
If is not what you mean, provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hi,
As a first step please check if the theme requirements are met
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Remember to add the code provided at the bottom of the guide in the htaccess file. Doing this solved similar composer issues
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-error-when-edit-with-td-composer/
Or it could one of your plugins that causes it, as in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-kicks-back-blank-screen/
Worth investigating plugins as well, maybe there is a conflict.
Thanks
I’m using the TagDIV Composer. It seems to have crashed. It get this message. Errors happened during tdcIFrameData.TdcLiveView -> customRender!
At least one row could not be edited. And, one of the columns did not format the element properly.
Then, I saved and backed out. Now, when I access the page, the page and content don’t appear, just a spinning circle and this error at the top – Error at rows: 6(models) : 7(dom). The model does not match the content.
This is wonderful. How do I get this Composer to work properly? What a waste of time.
Hi,
If I understand correctly you say that you try to do this settings https://www.screencast.com/t/8pAO9xtl622F , and the TD Composer don’t make the changes?
If is so please provide a link were I can Inspect your News Ticker in your website, in this way I well be able to give you the proper answer.
Also you can try to clear all cache.
Thanks.
Hi,
You can do that only if you use a cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library for posts and you edit the cloud template with TD Composer.

Hi,
not exactly what I mean.
I want to add a numbered counter inside a content post.
I would like to reuse the same one available on the Home Page using TD composer.
This is what I can do on the Home Page by adding a row with TD Composer and clicking to:
“ADD ELEMENT > MULTIPURPOSE SHORTCODE > NUMBERED COUNTER”.
F.
Error message is
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
tried turning off all plugins but still the same error.
Can you advise?
Hello,

I created two different pages with TD composer recently and I have this weird error that I don’t understand. TD Composer creates forward slashes next to the places where I have used an apostrophe. Every time I open the page to be edited again, TD Composer creates one more forward slash next to the ones already there. Then I have to delete all of them again and not open the TD Composer for any more edits, otherwise they appear one by one again, for every time I open the TD Composer. Added two images of this error. Any ideas?
Hi superbikegeorge,
Please tell as exactly the change you do to get this issue, and provide some screenshots with ma change you make in theme files and with TD Composer.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
I would like to add a multipurpose shortcode to a content post.
Basically this is what I can do using the TD composer in the Home Page.
Is there a way to have the same stylish elements in the post content of an article?

F.

I had the same problem before, the problem was td-composer is considered like mixed content,so when i try to use it i got a blank page without buttons and to resolve that when you need to use td-composer ,try to disable external links rewrite on your let’s encrypt settings of your host and after finishing customize you can enable it again.

Hello jllorente25,
I have tested on my website to make an audio playlist and it seems to work as expected with TD Composer-enabled and disabled. Disabled all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for the message!
