First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the version of TD Composer, please enable GD Library and mbstring for PHP on the server and also, try to set up the below code in .htaccess!

Sorry to keep replying, but I have been working on this all day on my end. So what I have noticed is that I am getting 404 errors on some pages. I do not think the issue is with TD Composer as it seems to be randomly happening to some pages but not all. I tried to create a new page with just text that says “test”. As a draft the page works. When I publish, I get the 404 Error. I have tried to refresh the permalinks, that did not work. I also tried to do this manually at the .htaccess file, this did not work. The only thing that brings them back is if I use the ugly links. But using pretty links will return the 404 error.
We are also seeing this issue after updating that the other 2 sites do not have…

The wide view does not mean full width. I guess that you do not understand what’s the difference between, right? Please notice that the default width of the theme is 1068px, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iUFopoD4JX Our theme does not support the full width for all of the available elements which can be added from TD Composer. So just a recap on what I have tried. I have disabled all pluggins on the site. Doing this resulted in the same error when I tried to access the TD Composer for the page. Adding the pluggins back one by one did not change anything. If this was an error resulting from a pluggin, removing it should have fixed the problem. I also notice that I am unable to edit any settings in SEO by Yoast anymore. The page blanks out. So I have the plugin deactivated now. I will try to reinstall it. But I think there is something broken in the theme, that is not allowing me to get to the TD Composer page.

It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible

When I click Edit with TD Composer it shows the website title but the page stays empty.

Hello. I have a contact us page in my website (i don’t want to publish the link here publicly). So there’s a text column and when I press “edit content” (using the TD Composer) to change the text the iframe loads for ever and doesn’t open to allow me to edit the text. After inspection I get the following errors: by inspecting the page I get: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () wpeditor.php:1 After seeing my server’s logs I see to errors 1) 403 GET /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php HTTP/2.0 nginx SSL/TLS access 2) 26270#0: *1693266 access forbidden by rule nginx error. Hi, a few days ago I did a clean installation of WordPress in my SiteGround server. Then, I begin to install the Newspaper 8 theme and the required plugins. After that I imported several pages and posts from a previous page. In the front end view all seemed to be right but in the back end it wasn’t. When I try to load the TD Composer all I get is a blank page. All the content that I’ve created is built with that plugin. Because of that I can’t use the visual composer or something different.
All of my themes and plugins are updated. Also, I’ve already tried to disable all of my plugins except the TD Composer but nothing happened. It seems that your theme or the TD Composer plugin have an issue with the SiteGround servers.
I need to fix this issue as fast as possible, thanks for your support!
