4. Maybe I am misunderstanding the problem. So you are inserting images in the post content, then publish the post. Are the images visible when you enter them in the post content? From what I can see that post contains no images, none that I checked have. They also do not have featured images, so no thumbnails will be created

The latest version of the theme supports PHP versions up to 7.2 so this would not be a problem. If you get the detect encoding error, your PHP web server is lacking support for the function: mb_detect_encoding.
Please ask the host if this can be enabled.
5. Does the admin bar show if you use a default WordPress theme? Test if possible. The theme does not have a setting for disabling the admin bar, so it would only be affected by the WordPress setting I mentioned.
In the footer you can choose one of the available templates, or use a footer page

Widgets you enter in the footer sections will be displayed below the predefined ones (if you use a style that has them) or you can choose an empty template and display them only. They should appear once you enter them. I see that you seem to be using footer style 1, so the additional widgets you enter here will be shown below

So basically the theme and theme plugins should work if the requirements mentioned in my previous reply are met. Check them carefully. However most issues that happen are related to server configurations, limitations etc.

The theme does not have any such an option for Newsletter on posts but only for pages, sorry! If you want something like this, you should use the do_shortcode method to add the Newsletter section after each post. First of all, you should edit the Newsletter element on a page and then take the generated shortcode and add it t your post template using the do_shortcode method, just like here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-ad-under-related-article/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vVXH36fd6b and then, when you edit this page without TD Composer, in the backend you will see the generate shortcode for that element -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jM35ESEN which is needed to add in shortcode method. This is just a hint about what you have to do in this case.

The homepage post is based on the post template 8 design and functionality

The image is set as background and not supposed to be clicked, only the title can be clicked.
Grid modules use thumbnails, these are different functionalities.
Maybe this could be done with modifications in the homepage post element code

It will not be a copy/paste unfortunately, I could not say exactly what has to be done in order to implement this modification for the homepage post. Maybe you can figure it out, if this is absolutely required.
I will however make a note of this on our suggestion list, it will be considered by our developer team at some point.
Full grids are full width, they should be placed with the tagDiv composer. If you use Visual composer the full grids may not look properly, even if you stretch the row containing them.

I have installed the theme a couple of times now but still get this error message when I an using the TD Composer on the home page.
I do not know where to start to fix this error?
I am using the construction theme from newspaper and I have a video set up on the homepage which I created and am using through youtube. I noticed that the video does not work on mobile version and only displays the youtube play button. I have researched answers in the forum and apparently this is not fixable.
What are the options to overcome this? Is it possible to have different settings on each version, for example to have a solid image on the mobile version instead without it affecting other versions that play video. If so, please walk me through how to do this in the TD Composer.
Hello, I have several questions/bugs to solve. Better to ask everything at once. I’m using newspaper 8.7.3 with the demo nature.
1 – When I use an anchor in a post, it causes a shift of the whole page, as if a negative margin-top was applied to the body. The main menu is cut, and a blank space appears in the footer. See there : https://www.screencast.com/t/mZg5LxvxI

6 – Impossible to increase the font-size of “Big title” above 55px or 54px using the multi-purpose admin theme panel. I have to do that with the tD composer.

So I did a fresh install of WordPress and a new install of your theme and same problems.
1. The WordPress Dash Board menu at the top is a blank white bar
2. The Composer does not work at all and after inspecting elements I see this in the console:

I’m reaching you today for something that looks simple said like that, but actually isn’t (I guess like most requests people are asking) :
– In fact, I’d like my Homepage post block on my homepage to be fully clickable (like the Big Grid Full 1).
It doesn’t matter if the Homepage post block becomes clickable everywhere else on my website, since I can use the css pointer-events trick to bypass it.
I guess it’s “just” an html copy-paste matter, but what to copy and where to past is my question.
– Lastly, how can I make the Big Grid Full blocks go true fullwidth ? I didn’t find any way in hell to do so yet.
Even with the force content stretching function of WPBakery (I know I should use tagDiv composer, but hey, old habits die hard), every blocks are boxed.
By the way, I use the same template (almost) everywhere : td-post-template-8-box. Is there a causality link ?

Editing with TD Composer is no longer responding to me, i’ve tried editing the block titles without success.

ok so I checked and for some reason, my php was set to ea-php70 – After, moving it down to ea-php56 the photo issue was resolved along with a lot of the errors posted above… But 1
In the Requirement Page, you linked me it suggests having php of 52 or greater. But there is a lot of php issues with php70 – So perhaps change that 😀
I still have the TagDiv Composer not working and this Footer Issue. This is the only fatal error left after the php change:

After I update the newspapper theme, I do not see tag div composer when editing the post. For site editing I use WPBakery page builder + MPC addons for WPB. I edit posts using TDC.

I have inspected your website on desktop and the Contact page seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3QZJCoPR2Wxv I did not get any error inside it. On mobile, the Contact page is blank because you are using the Mobile Theme plugin which does not recognize the TD Composer shortcodes but only the simple text added in the Mobile Section. I have checked your setup page and I saw that you are using the Page Builder+Latest Articles+Pagination as page template which comes automatically by default with the latest articles module which cannot be editable from TD Composer and that’s why your page is blank when you try to customize it with TD COmposer. Any element which you will be added will be placed above of this section. Cannot you use the TD Composer and the elements cannot be drag and dropped? Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newsmag 4.3), the latest version of WordPress and required plugins, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, very important is to check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there after these changes, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and full FTP access so we can take a closer look at your setup page. How would I go about using those blocks to make my homepage resemble the homepage layout of the demo?
Under the newsmag theme panel, I do not see an option to edit the homepage with those blocks. When I am on the homepage of my website, I have also tried clicking on “edit with td composer”, however, the page is black when it loads, and I am unable to drag on drop any of the elements to edit the page. Screenshots have been attached.

Just purchased this. Dark theme installed demo files but nothing shows. Just an all black page. Home page is set but cant be edited. When you try to edit with composer this error shows:

Page just spins and nothing displayed.
Really not giving any confidence if out of the box the demo cant even work properly.
Failed to execute 'atob' on 'Window': The string to be decoded is not correctly encoded.
I receive the above message when saving page.
Recently upgraded to latest version 8.7.4
Now when editing in TD Composer…custom classes are with quotes and title of module/block is with quotes…
something is off.
I`ve already reinstalled “TD Composer” plugin without success on fixing that.

Usually the theme system status is the main cause of such problems. Most hosting providers are limiting the allocated resources.
In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible

Also, do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Whenever I try to edit Posts page in the WordPress by opening it via tag div composer it shows this error – tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()! and freezes. I have tried creating another new page and assign it the posts page to edit but as I set the page to posts page the error occurs and if I remove the page from posts page as setting Tag div composers working fine
