I inspected your homepage and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which are not tested with our theme and also, we do not know the plugin’s functionality, sorry! Regarding on this section -> https://www.screencast.com/t/twyhRjJKJ I saw that you are using a shortcode which is added to our TD Composer element – column text and which cannot be translated by the WPML because it’s just a shortcode. You should manually translate from the plugin and make another shortcode with the translated version but I do not know how will work, sorry! This case is not theme related and also, we cannot help you because these plugins are not tested with the theme and we do not know their behavior and functionality, sorry!

Import the demo you want with content in Newspaper> Install demos. Then edit the page and its blocks with td composer and put your own content. Once done, just delete the demo content (posts, pages, categories and menu content). I am not sure if sidebars will import. If they don’t, you might have to create content for your own sidebars. (I don’t work here).

I have sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com etc, I updated the theme etc as informed, then I moved on to update the composer plugin ie replace the old one with new one from downloads in theme forest, I installed the plugin and tried to activate it and I got error : Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: tdc_config::$group_params
I have sent my login details via email as well.
all i see on my site is Fatal error with the code etc. This is unacceptable. Any new update should provide an improvement not take you back, in all honesty this 8.7 update has been a total failure. You guys need to realise that your customers are running legitimate businesses and they cannot be having these issues. It is totally unacceptable.

Hi, at the backend the ads is not saving after pasting the ad code in ads on the theme panel, it just keeps loading and it won’t save. Please help with that. In most cases the issue is caused either by plugins or a server config issue. Please first test without plugins. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It seems to b a caching problem. Try to press CTRL+SHIFT+R and check the results. The TD COmposer button should appear.

The empty columns do not show on the front end. But, to delete them, open the page with td composer and click on one of the empty columns. On the left, click where it shows ‘row’ at the top left (See http://prntscr.com/j76csf). Then scroll down and select ‘delete row’ http://prntscr.com/j76d2f. Repeat the process for the other empty column and then save the page (and/or update the page if you opened it via the pages section of the WordPress admin dashboard).

Ever since 8.7 has been released, any attempt to upgrade (with 8.7.1, 8.7.2 and now 8.7.3) has always resulted in a blank admin screen after the upgrade. I have a very simple setup and even have tested with nothing but the Newspaper theme itself. Still happens.
I’ve tried to delete TD composer first (deactivate/delete), used the FTP method to upgrade, etc. Nothing has worked.
I am a long time (several years now) Newspaper users and this has been the worst upgrade I’ve ever come across. Hoping this is fixed soon. Assuming it’s an issue with TD Composer.

it’s been a while i’m using your theme and always got an issue which did not take care until now.
actually my youtube playlist on homepage looks cropped in order to fill playlist placeholder… but in this way youtube video thumbnail it is cutted out.
if i play with browser zoom i do get something like this:
my question is: is it possible to obtain tha same result as default by now? i see there are padding settings in the td composer but i’m not sure on how to use it and if they can drive me to this.
actually i prefere to see a black horizontal bar under the playlist placeholder rather than seeing the cropped youtube title.

Sorry, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add this functionality from TD Composer. You should use the shortcodes generated from this plugin and add them to a column text for example. The ticker at the top uses a shortcode from this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/ and you can place it in a column text element for tag div composer.
After you have installed that plugin you should add the shortcode generated by the plugin and place in the header column text like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AB20uPgwMr
Regarding on the second error, try to edit your page with TD Composer and identify the element. Remove and add it again and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Installed newspaper theme version is 8.7.2 and Our installed WordPress version is 4.9.5.
When we are open Home page visible menu only other details(like blocks, grid) are not visible in browser but open to edit home page it showed all short codes created by theme.
Next we opened home page in tagdiv composer to edit we get this error “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!”
