I know and have used the blocks, I want some flexibility with my block and grid designs, there are some designs in some websites I will like for my website, I just want to have control over the block and grid designs. In your documentary there is a mention of tagDiv composer plugin I added it to my site but it won’t work on its own or with my activated visual composer, if the plugin will work as described in the documentation it will solve my problem and I want to buy it. Please keep me posted on updates on the tagDiv composer plugin, it will be better if it can work with visual composer

I’ve checked your post with Facebook debugger toll and seems that some informations were not properly update. After I’ve made a fresh scrape: http://screencast.com/t/v1Jd17ZMte facebook updated the meta and now the share works as expected: http://screencast.com/t/ljijhRF1O9M Sometimes facebook won’t index automatically a new post because of huge amount of data which must be fetched. So you can “force” facebook to index your post by running a fresh scrape as I’ve indicated in my screen.

I disabled all plugins and haveing update the new wp super cache plugin , still haveing the same issue , its still the same issue i’m facing , i think its problem i coming from the theme since then I updated the theme, its showing this problem

FTP sounds good but it makes me reluctant to update with FTP as I’m not 100% comfortable using this method.

I have exported the changes as a XML file as mentioned in my previous post and so updating via FTP would still allow me to apply these changes after the 7.3 theme has been updated?

Could you please update via FTP if I send you my login details via private message?

@Crandlemire a possible solution that may help you would be to change a bit the functionality of random 7 days filter. Now this filter displays random posts from last 7 days but its functionality can be changed to display all posts from last 7 days. To achieve that you need to edit td_data_source.php and comment this line: http://screencast.com/t/Ho2830Im
Other solution would be to use post id filter in blocks: http://screencast.com/t/ilxhM3snhxz This option allows you to chose what posts to display in each block by their’s id. However it is not very convenient because you have to edit the block weekly to update the ids, but is the most relevant and offers you control over the post displayed.

It seems that I have the last version of Newspaper theme v 7.1.1 and the Visual Composer is v 4.11.2; Slider Revolution v 5.2.5.1.

I’m not sure how I can make the updates, the theme appears to not require an updated, instead those plugins appears to have a new versions released.

Please make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ also update Visual Composer at V 4.12 which is included in theme’s path: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all plugins except VC, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.

There are a few thing which must be considered when you update from V4 at V7 of Newspaper theme.
Newspaper 7 is practically a new theme, the whole code was rewritten so make sure you made a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one, more details can be found in our update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ The shortcodes have been changed so old ones will not work anymore. Please note that old files customization or custom css will not work with the new version and you will have to adjust or re-add them.
