Hi,
Currently there isn’t. Post templates can only be applied per post or in general. From what I know there will be such a setting implemented in coming updates.
Thanks
Seems only parts or sections are affected, and only in Chrome update 72
[help] Text appearing kind of blurry or fuzzy since updating last night. from chrome
I tried various fixes but no positive result – https://forum.ghost.org/t/entire-web-page-stuck-in-blurry-state-screen-capture-video-included/5482
Hello, I am looking for urgent support.
My site had issues so I was advised to update the theme. I have updated the theme via the Envato plugin, but it appeared to break my site and I received a 500 error…as a result I have had to resort to deactivating the theme and using a free one instead for now as I had no idea what was causing this issue, or how to fix it.
I would appreciate it very much if you could assist me.
Thanks in advance
Quite unusual, the theme will deactivate only the theme plugins, after an update. They then have to be updated and activated.
The composer and social counter should update automatically but if this fails they have to be updated manually in the theme plugins panel. So only after a theme would something like this happen.
Maybe that automatic update system triggers the theme plugins to be deactivated, if this happens when updating a random plugin and not the actual theme. I can’t say why it’s happening unfortunately.
Hello
Since the theme has been updated, all images have gone missing and have an error message. Is there any way to recover quickly?

Hello,
Please update the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can investigate it closer that behavior.
Thanks.
Update – I noticed that the same issue occurs with all single images, both in the 2/3 and 1/3 sides of the page, regardless if images are squared or rectangular. Bad stuff, considering that those are ads paid by customers.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
I am creating news paper home page using Visual Composer. I am using different blocks (including block 23) and retrieving latest post using filter. I am using Time ago plugin (I tried other similar plugins as well) to display … mins ago instead of posting date. Problem is, it is display main page update time instead of news / post update time. it is showing fixed time like 2 days ago in every news in home page.
The slider is not included in the slider demo folder. It isn’t n the original and it isn’t in the update.
Sorry for the delay replying – i didn’t get a notification.
Yes, It’s all the Newspaper plugings that deactivate when i update all my sites using the WordPress management feature from the Plesk control panel.
Hi,
As jackfischlum mentioned. The link you provided doesn’t give detail on how to update WPBakery Page Builder. Please advise

Hi,
Removing the theme structured data would be possible if you remove it from the theme code only. Most of the structured data for the posts is located in this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6afOnwYmF
The theme contains the basic required data, like author, date published, date modified, reviews etc. Only manually could this be removed.
Unfortunately yes you’ll lose all the changes when you’ll make some updates, what you can do is to make a copy/backup to those files and after updates you can compare the content and set it back if there was no changes.
For the moment this is the only way, may in feature will be some implementation for this.
Thanks
Hello,
the new chrome update did that unfortunately. We get this as well on our test sites. Please test on firefox as well or another browser.
Thank you!
Hi,
Ensure that you have respected all of the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also, we have the problem with the non-appearance of “Posts loop settings” and TD Composer button. We will fix it as soon as possible in our future updates.
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ufvf1ToSx
Also this can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you for your understanding!
Since the last update i noticed 2 issues:
1. images on the homepage and even in the articles are bad compared to what it was supposed to be the original… they are blurred/pixellated.
This problem seems very bad using Chrome, and accettable using other like Microsoft Edge.
2. the last image in the article do not load, i’ll give you an example: Article example
just before the tags section there is a huge white blank space, where an image should be (and in the editor it is definitely there).
UPDATE: i disabled lazyload in the theme settings and the second issue disappeared… the image is loading now, but the quality problem persists i think
There is an update log inside the theme zip – http://prntscr.com/mnnz69
We could provide it to you if the problem remains, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi Giorgio_B,
The methods of installing and update them are pretty much the same
How to update the theme ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Install via WordPress – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Giorgio_B,
If you make an update to the theme all settings from theme panel will remain, only the changes from theme files will be override, so first you’ll need to make a full backup to your website.
If you are using child theme please deactivate it until after you make the update.
How to update the theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
We recommend to be made via FTP.
Thank you!
I tried something simple, like this – http://prntscr.com/mnmtjk
Code used here
<?php the_field('my_field', $this->post->ID); ?>
It works everywhere the module is used – http://prntscr.com/mnmu0t
Regarding the slide, that setting including others were added in update 9.1
– http://prntscr.com/mnmuw5
Using older theme versions these will not be available. I could give you some CSS for it
– http://prntscr.com/mnmwvi
.iosSlider-col-3,
.iosSlider-col-3 .td_module_slide {
max-height: 480px;
}

ok, cool.
Now, how to update wpbakery ? there’s no answer on the link that you provided

The booster can only be updated manually, like the mobile theme, revolution slider and WPBakery. The others can be updated in the theme plugins panel
– http://prntscr.com/mnkkzh
There will be an update button for each of them there, after you update the theme. The tagDiv composer and social counter should update automatically, but this can fail sometimes.
Hi,
I ask a senor developer and he say that can not be done using only custom css, also for the moment our theme do not have any option for mega menu loader gif, but this suggestion will be take in consideration and in coming updates this will be possible, for the moment you can check that loading animation only form theme accent color -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HcsSWlAbvH or making some changes in javascript files and minify file, but this will applay on all blocks that have next, prev button
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/uw39FCar
What you can do is to replace that animation with a gif -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LYnhcQo2SH2
.td-loader-gif{
background: url("http://localhost/test_site95/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/UUjhE.gif");
background-repeat: no-repeat, repeat;
width: 100px;
height: 100px;
margin-top: -50px;
}
.td-lb-box-1, .td-lb-box-2,.td-lb-box-3,.td-lb-box-4,.td-lb-box-5,.td-lb-box-6,.td-lb-box-7,.td-lb-box-8{
display: none;
}
Thank you for your understanding!
