I created a screenshot/ video. I am attempting to update the ads on the website. I have never had an issue before. Now all I get is the endless loading screen.
I have cleared the cache, I have disabled all plugins, and still no successful update.

note: i didnt touch code or update or doing something, just stop working.
I just updated to the newest version of the Newspaper Theme, and my posts no longer have the og:title, og:image, etc. properties set.

If you view source, you can see that there are no og properties defined, and if you plug it into the Facebook Open Graph Debugger at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug you get an error message saying that an og:image property needs to be defined.
At first I thought this might be happening because I deactivated the Yoast plugin as part of an attempt to figure out a different issue, but I reactivated it and the og properties are still missing.
Any idea what could be happening?
I have disabled all the plugins on my site, with the exception of the tagdiv ones needed. I have cleared the cache and I’m still unable to update the theme panel, in particular the ads. How do you fix this?
Ive been trying to update the inline ads on my posts and have continually had the constant loading screen popup once I try to Save. What’s happening here? Im on the latest version of Newspaper so not understanding why things aren’t updating and functioning correctly.

I recently updated my theme to Newspaper 12, and now I am having issues with the classic paragraph block, and adding media library images to posts.

A WordPress Support Engineer who was helping me said: “I’ve checked the site now and in an existing post I’m seeing the following error:
“Your site doesn’t include support for the “tadv/classic-paragraph” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.”
I have not deleted any of the tagDiv plug-ins – tagDiv Standard Pack is version 2,6, and the other tagDiv plug-ins also date from 2024.
This is creating huge issues, as I have posts to publish. The error also seems to affect all previous posts, meaning I can’t edit any paragraph blocks in previous posts.

I think that you have malware on the website.
If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.

Update: I restored site to a back date. It has restored data and plugins. I have removed all non-essential plugins. Now ‘edit post’ and ‘add new post’ links lead to a blank page.

Normally, the plugins should remain installed and active. Our plugins are not set up to deactivate themselves. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

Add the page’s link to the place I mentioned above, and you can edit the posts. Also, you can create a new page and add the post list shortcode. This page can be added to the My Account page.
So, the user can access the page with the posts list shortcode and edit the posts. Editing the post leads you to the form page, and after that, you can press the Update button, and the post will be saved with the modification you’ve applied there.
I’m not sure if it will work with that custom form. But the above steps are necessary to achieve what you need.

I am seeking assistance with displaying custom taxonomies using the tdb_single_taxonomies shortcode. Specifically, I want to order these taxonomies based on a custom weight and hide certain terms as needed. To achieve this, I have added two custom fields to my taxonomies: cc_order and cc_hide_on_posts.
I am looking for a practical solution to implement this functionality. I would prefer not to copy and modify the tdb_single_taxonomies shortcode or any other core class like tdb_state_single, as this would prevent me from benefiting from future updates and features.
Therefore, my question is:
Would it be possible for you to provide a solution based on hooks? I see three areas that are relevant:
– Hook to add an additional sorting option to the shortcode configuration.
– Hook for the implementation of the custom sorting.
– Hook for the implementation of hide_on_post.
What is your opinion on this matter, or do you have another suggestion to meet my requirements?

You can create a new page and edit it with the tagdiv Composer. You can customize the pages as you want. You need to edit the logo when you edit the homepage for example with the tagdiv Composer. We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I hope you are doing well. I am facing an issue regarding post categories. When i create new post and it displayed on front page but its not updated on categories. After a week it updated on categories for instance i have today create a post for sports it will show on front page but not updated on sports categories page. I think i have made any mistake while configuration could you please assist me. Same problem i am facing while updating a breaking news its take time to update on front page.
