The new update of theme version 8.8.2 regular demanding the theme key and sometime show theme is not registered. Why it is happening?

You could use flex blocks instead of predefined blocks. Doe to their flexibility, one can build entire pages with flex blocks

Do you use an older WPBakery plugin with a newer theme, or maybe old theme with a new WPBakery version? Try to use the WPBakery provided in the theme package you currently have installed

If you have a purchased license for the WPBakery page builder, use the same version as in the theme package. Don’t update the plugin unless the same version you update to is provided with the theme.

If you want to make some custom changes in the theme, notice that we recommend using the Child Theme, because if you will edit the actual core files of the theme with your changes, when you will update the theme, all the files will be overwritten and you will lose these changes. now I update everything and the google fonts can be deactivated. So this problem is solved. 😉
But when I change the fonts in the header or the main menu – it doesn’t matter which font or custom font I use the result is always the same. The desing of the the fonts doesn’t change. I changes from the design I want to another when I deactivate the google-fonts. But the new design what I don’t like can’t be changed.
What can I do?

As in most cases, it probably was a caching issue. After updates try to clear the cache.

Because there is no a Child Theme i tried to create one with this Plugin “Child Theme Configurator”.
In comments section in theme forest your collage told me that i do not need a child theme.
If i do not use the Child Theme and i use the Default i will have problem when i want update the Theme or i lose custom CSS?
Also if your theme need some changes in PHP how can i make without Child theme?

Sure that would be true unless you are doing the worlds best cacheing because your site is getting thousands of hits a second sometimes cause you have hundreds of thousands of visitors on push notifications. In which case many times it would show up for all your users not just those with author permissions.
Can you provide a real fix for this? Something I can put in my child functions.php or that is in the admin controls. I am not going to be able to update till I have somthing.

I installed newspaper 8.8 and my website is gone immediately off line. I cancel all plugin e transfered again with ftp and the problem is the td-composer plugin.
I fallow the instraction on the webpage (https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/) but the site is gone off again and now I cannot find even the plugin folder in ftp.
I need a solution from an author but cannot find even the e-mail !
How to solve the problem? Web site cannot stay off line for that!

The author templates will not show in the post templates selection screen, only post templates will show there. Currently the author templates can only be applied like this for all authors

In the coming update there will be an option to set a different author template for each author instead of a general one.

Update: I tried a single post template and it worked. The ones I couldn’t get to show up in the post template selection screen were:
– Author Template 9
– Blank – Author Template
When editing those two templates, some of the modules were not working either (e.g. There was no box to edit a title, content).

If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. I believe those files are not supported to be modified through the child theme, that means you will have to modify theme directly. Make a backup of them and replace the new ones after a theme update.
Before doing that however, be sure to first check if they appear in the list of modified files provided in the theme changelog, maybe they will be modified on our part as well.

I see what you mean, it waits for a few seconds than loads the page all at once. Maybe the total cache is doing this, I don’t have a guide I could provide you to configure it. Check online guides for a better configuration of the cache, try different settings.
We recommend the WP super cache however, you could also give that a try

The guide needs to be updated, some settings were renamed but they are still the same. Make some tests with this plugin if possible.

Seems to mention that malicious code is found in some theme files. What exactly are you testing with? I see that the base64_decode is mentioned, the theme does use such a code (not only since the latest update) but that would not present a problem in this case.
So this would be classified as a false-positive. You can read this guide for more in security practices
