I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash when you enter on your website…firstly is loaded a style and then will appear another style, right? This behaviour appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and when you are using the speed booster. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code.

1) Please update the social counter by disabling the one you have now and deleting files and installing the new plugin version which comes with the latest theme version. You must have social counter version 4.0 for it to work properly
2) There is no official soulution for adding new social icons but you can try to replicate this method for adding a new social share option: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-a-linkedin-button/
3) The name of the file must be the same as the one in the main theme. your file is named functions2/.php

Please ensure that you have correctly followed the steps for optimization you website speed according to our tutorial. Please notice that by default, the style.css file is directly moved to the footer when the speed booster is active. Please notice that to make your website faster it is a complex task and require some customizations in order to achieve best results.
