Please check if you have active and you use the tagdiv CSS Analyzer, click on “Remove generated CSS” and see the results.
If the problem is not solved after that, please start looking for a plugin conflict.
Also, do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

I’m sorry that you faced so many problems with our theme.
Woocommerce is a tested plugin with our theme, but it is not customizable by TagDiv Composer plugin.
We have some elements and you need them to integrate this plugin in your website pages how my colleague explained above. Also, we have an element called WOO Shortcodes which you can place on any page you want in order to display your products.
Unfortunately, there is no way to modify the Woocommerce category pages with TagDiv Composer or any builder made by us.

Unfortunately, there is not an option for cloud templates. It was for style 1 of the default templates.
To achieve this you need to do an investigation and write a custom CSS code which allows you to have the featured images like style 1. This will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.
