First of all, please try to make a new clean install, without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and check the results. Please notice that this issue is not theme related and if your problem is still there after these, you will have to find some online solutions or you can contact the WordPress stuff because they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

This is not a simple task and involves custom work. Unfortunately, we cannot offer another solution in this regard because the theme has not been designed to use two different menus on the desktop and mobile mode, sorry! Please notice that you can develop our theme and add some options to add another menu for mobile but it requires custom work and we cannot provide this service at the moment, sorry! In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though.
