Hi there,
I installed the provided version of Revolution Slider via ZIP-Upload. It’s working in itself but your Plugins-Overview at the Newspaper menu section (page=td_theme_plugins) still shows “optional” for Revolution slider, not “activated” as for Visual Composer.
Didn’t the theme recognize the plugin installation? If so, how can I fix it?
I imported all example sliders but can’t get one of them to work at the start page of my blog. I have no idea how to run a given slider as you show it in your demo blogs – your slider tutorial ends at this point, only plugin installation is described. Or did I miss a continuing tutorial?

Many thanks for your reply regarding my website and the issue I am having with the pages not updating. I really appreciate your time and for sending me a couple of possible solutions.
Since your response I have followed your suggestions and set the relevant settings in WP Super Cache. I have also contacted my hosting company (BlueHost) and they have deleted an advanced cache file at their end.
Unfortunately the pages are still not updating though. As mentioned before the only page to consistently update is the home page but the other pages and categories are not. The strange thing is, when I log in to my WP site, the pages will update when I press refresh button however they will not update when I am not logged in.
Can you suggest any other solutions please Bogdan? I really need to find a solution to this as it is seriously hampering my start up online business.

I have already limited my options from here. I’ve activated only 3 thumbnail sizes from the ‘Block Settings, ‘ but it creates those sizes for all the images in a post. However, it should create those 3 sizes for the feature image that are to be used in various modules. It should not create variants of any additional image/images that I upload in the post other than feature image.
For example if i upload 4 additional images other than feature image it will create useless variants of 4 images too i.e 4 (images) x 3 (thumbs) = 12 (images). This will keep increasing the folder size in an undesired way. What is the way to stop it? I hope i am a little better in explaining this time…

You also serve 2 versions of ypur site. That is the main cause of your issue. Here is an example:

Well since both solutions do the same general thing, you should only use one or the other. The AMP plugins is a type of mobile theme so using 2 mobile themes clearly does not provide the desired results. You will not be able to use both.

Hi Im looking to get a full width image banner on one of my pages that stretches with screensize. If you just want to ad tabs on posts you can do so using visual composer. I;m not sure what themes you used before but each theme has it’ s own custom elements and shortcodes and it;s impossible for another theme to detect them and render anything. If for example you use our content blocks and want to switch to a different theme, you will never be able to use our content blocks shortcode with any other theme out there because our blocks are made custom. They are not compatible with other themes, plugins, etc. Plugins are built on the standard wordpress code. Themes have custom element which plugins cannot recognize. On he other hand visual composer is the most widely spread plugin so the visual composer shortcodes will work on any theme if you use the same plugin but agaon, visual composer shortcodes will not work with another builder unless it is specifically created to do so.

Thank you for your interests in our theme! Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such a created demo which replicate 100% the layout of your example website, sorry! I have checked it and I saw that this website has a different menu bar than our theme and many other items that are different from our theme and that cannot be obtained using only the basic settings of the theme, sorry! Please keep in mind that if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide additional customizations at the moment, sorry!

My website located at http://www.theapexracing.co uses Newspaper with the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin activated.
Today I installed the AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin which I learned about in this forum post.
The plugin works as expected except for one key issue. When an AMP page is loaded on a mobile device, the menu specified in Appearance > Menus and set to the AMP Menu location does not load. When an AMP page is loaded on a desktop browser, the correct menu loads.
If I deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the correct menu loads on mobile devices.
It’s clear that the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is interacting with the AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin in some way that causes the menu to not load properly.
Do you have any suggestions for how to resolve this? We do not want to stop using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin but supporting AMP is also very important to us.

DESERTS. CHICKEN & BEEF in the same order but even though I deleted these categories I still see them on the main page. could you please help?

I am trying to use either the block called HomePagePost, which i cannot get to show for love nor money.
And
The block called Slide. Now this works, however if i select a category that has 3 posts for example. All the headlines are posted on top of one another making it illegible and all the categories show on the slide too.

Please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to translate your whole website in Hindi, for example, sorry! Our theme has a section Translations which offers you a way to translate all the elements which come from the theme and which cannot be translated by WordPress. Please keep in mind that the Translation feature is fully compatible and tested with the theme and seems to work as accurately until now. Unfortunately, more and more users report having this problem with Translation but when we try to see where the problem is on their site, it works. We cannot recreate this issue to our side. Therefore, please provide as many details about your configuration because the reasons that can cause this error are entirely different. Also, please try to disable anything else which you think that influence the healthy functioning of the theme -> Ad Blocker, try the theme on more than one browsers.
If you are using the https URL, please try to follow the next steps for your Translations. Try to load your desired translation from panel and then you can see in left corner of your browser, an icon with a shield and then try to Load unsafe scripts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/aLm2aAFv5

this doesent work. The Theme Panel Option is Off and ist the Picture from the Post Template. The link also works only on the half Picture (Mouseover) in the lower part of the picture there is no link.
Example:
Hover with the mouse over the picture from top to down and you will sie the link only works in the top part of the picture so i think the link is an overlay from the post template and i want to disable this.
I have now on the page: http://www.gamesary.com/ a big problem. The dropdown menus have a bug.

Please check your ads section. You may still have a sample ad active on your site that calls for the sample ad image even though you deleted it, you must also delete the ad code. You will have to identify where on your site the sample ad code is being used. Check all the ad sections of the theme panel.

This does not happen just in the newspaper theme. It is the default way the mp3’s are opened in the browser. This functionality comes from the browser. In order to donwload the mp3 you should hit right click and hit save as.
Then your mp3 will be saved. This happens on all websites not just wordpress websites.

It seems that after you updated the theme no custom code is working for you at all. I think yuu should consider running a few tests to see if any at all modification can be made on your site. Make a back-up of your install and theme and simply delete the whole code for the header.php file for example and see if the website still displays the same.

I understand what you mean and we are fully aware of facebook’s popularity. I tested our theme demo, and i cannot see anything broken on my end. Here are a few examples:

I also tested on our testing site and indeed the mobile theme plugin shows the errors you mention on the facebook browser. I will add this to our buglist and pass this information on to tour development team. Until such time if facebook users are very important to you, stop using the mobile theme plugin for the moment.
