Hello,
It seems something went wrong and the theme cannot find the necessary files. Please try to reinstall the theme or revisit your modifications if you have any. You can also try it without plugins and clear cache to rule out a plugin conflict.
One of those errors in the search comes up for posts that have no featured images and there is a temporary fix for it until the bug gets fixed. Please follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/search-error-message-thumbnail-is-not-set/
Let us know if the errors are still present after a reinstall.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that the links from homepage pagination have a 301 Moved Permanently status: http://screencast.com/t/igm7hQv4a1YC That means that either you have set a redirect for these links and if is the case try to remove it, or a plugin make this redirect automatically. If you didn’t set the redirection try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches including browser’s cache and test the site again.
Thanks!
Hi
I suspect that happens due to a plugin that applies the redirect so you can try do deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know ho it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
Please make sure that your image inks to the media file, otherwise the modal image will not work: http://screencast.com/t/YzmgTz2ba0g Also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that the theme don’t use a 741X486 px thumb for big grid 5, it uses the entire image, and because of revise process this image it’s not displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/YdnQji819
Please make sure that you regenerate all your thumbnails using Thumbnail Regenerate plugin, deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer, empty all caches including browser cache and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hello,
Unfortunately W3 total Cache created more and more issues with our theme so we now recommend WP Super cache as it is much more stable than the previous one. Unfortunately plugins will do that as they get updated. Code changes and conflicts can appear from plugins that previously worked with our theme.
Thank you!
Hello Mario,
This issue can be caused by the css minification. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache.
You can also do it with css if you want but you will need to point out exactly what you want changed. Try it without plugins and if the problem persists let us know how we can assist you further.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have tested the translation again and it works fine on our end so a bug is excluded. The problem originates from other places. It could be a plugin conflict so please disable all of them except visual composer and clear your cache. If the problem is still there, you can check your system status to see if any parameters need to be adjusted: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!
Hi @sid
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The theme can’t control the way Facebook share the content from your site. Usually share issues are generated by some server restrictions which obstruct facebook getting all informations that are needed for the post.
Also when this error appears http://screencast.com/t/ULteSTxk means that facebook doesn’t have any information about that post in its records. This usaly happens because of the huge amounth of data facebook won’t index the post automatically, it can take some time until the cache memory it’s refreshed. After publishing a new post try to scrape it with https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/ – http://screencast.com/t/xTmcFgmL Such that you will “force” facebook to update your new post faster.
If you still need a refund you can go ahead and ask it to envato, you have our support on it. Please let us know if you need guidance on this and address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation, we will give you further instructions on this there.
Thanks!
Hi,
It seems there is something interfering with the css so please disable all your plugins except visual composer and check again. Also clear your cache. There could be a plugin conflict preventing these options to work.
If the problem is still there afterwards, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. Also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hello Arafat,
I’ve checked you website and I saw that you have some js. errors, as you can see in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/PW513zL8Hvy It seems to be an error caused by conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the possibility to be plugins in conflict and try again.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
I think there is some help in the docs on how to setup cache with theme properly; most importantly disable any/all “minification” features, if applicable as that usually breaks javascript.
UPDATE: wow, ok, well the one plugin I had initially refused to deactivate to help solve the above (W3 Cache) turned out to be the cause of both problems! Anyways, looks like it’s all fixed, but do you guys know why W3 Cache caused these issues?
Strangely enough, it also prevented the sticky menu from working, but it now does!
Hi Bogdan,
I have recreated the menu and it didn’t change a thing. During page loading, the menu is briefly displayed a few tenth of second, then its space becomes blank.
Besides, I currently don’t use a cache and I don’t have a plugin modifying the menu, if this is what you meant.
In the system status, max_execution_time is at 30, and I’m using a demo. I’ve red the guide, and there is no track of the mentioned lines in .httaccess. So I guess it’s in php.ini, but my host doesn’t give access to it. However, this value matter is a bit weird, because my host say it is at 300, not 30 as displayed on the theme system status. If you need more information about my host parameters, please have a look at:
http://fpm5.4-check.cluster011.ovh.net/phpinfo.php.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Hi
I have tried to active the theme several times by deactivating all plugins, emptying cache but still when I download the ‘demo theme’ it comes up with just the header and blank pages and a link to purchase the theme. Please can you advise me on how to fix this issue.
Thank you
:)))
Hello samthompson,
I suppose you have a problem with pagination for the block. This kind of issues seems to be caused by conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, empty all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the plugins in conflict.
Let us know how it goes and if you need more assistance after this advice, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect the issue.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
I have tested the menu and added quite a bit of items to it but could not recreate this error nor do we have reports of it. Please try to recreate your menu from scratch and see if it appears again. If you use any plugins to your menu please disable them or rather all of them except visual composer and clear cache to rule out a plugin conflict. You can also try to check your system status and see if any parameters need to be increased: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello ariangreatzone,
Please make sure you have installed correctly this plugin. Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Please notice that Visual Composer is tested with our theme and works as expected.
After this advice, if your problem is still there, please let us know.

Hello,
It seems your thumbnails are up and running now on your website so it could have been your cache that delayed the thumbs. http://screencast.com/t/YgSDVfTO7sI
If you require further assistance please let us know.

Hello danoah,
I’ve checked your website on iPhone and I saw the problem. You have a lot of errors in your console as you can see here: http://screencast.com/t/hda7gEFPrf. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, empty all your caches, purge the CDN file if used and install only the plugin that come bundled with our theme. Your errors could be caused by your untested plugins that you are using in your theme. Please rule out the conflicting plugins and try to test again. After this advice, if your problem is still there, please let us know.
Hope this helps!

Hello Robertocarlos,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the plugins in conflict and try it again. After this advice, if your problem is still there, please let us know. It is very important to follow this steps because the Visual Composer is an tested plugin with our theme and works perfectly. Maybe any untested plugin used by you could cause this problem.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hello
Ok, it´s ok. It seems that is displayed by order after clearing caches.
Thanks
