All required plugins are installed.
I uninstalled them all and reinstalled.
Cleaned the cache (and disabled the plugin cache for reliability)
Nothing changed.
On some pages, shortcodes do not work at all (https://tripfox.ru/map/)
Hello!
It seems you have an uninstall plugin missing (search also about Standard pack plugin).
So, please make sure you have all TagDiv plugins installed and activated.
If you are sure you have all plugins active and installed, then please clear your cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems that this error is the cause that the fonts are no longer in that place => https://i.imgur.com/Xz0FDqL.png also, the error toolset comes from a plugin that are you using, most probably this is a conflict with your cache plugin, here is a topic with a similar case like your https://toolset.com/forums/topic/uncaught-referenceerror-toolsetcommones-is-not-defined/
Thank you!
Hello. I tried deactivating all plugins, and contacted my host to see if there was an object cache (there isn’t). Still seeing the problem.
Hi, I have tried the following:
1. Disabled all WP plugins except tagDiv and WP Super Cache
2. Contacted host to clear cache
3. Cleared cache from WP Super Cache
4. Cleared browser cache of my mobile phone
However, the problem still exists. Note that the logo on the other pages of my website works perfectly fine. Problem only exists on my front page.
Hello!
Please make sure that this feature is active: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/ if this is not active, please activate it and clear your cache.
Let us know the result!
Thank you!
Hello!
It looks like the robots are not reading the css file. Do you have any caching plugins or options? Make sure to clear your cache thoroughly.
Thank you!
Hello,
I verify your website and indeed is a problem, that’s why, please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict, so please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
I checked all cases like that and it seems it is working pretty good.
Please try to clear your cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
I checked your website on multiple browsers and now is displayed right =>https://www.screencast.com/t/2p78JbmkFax -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SWCBtc5TvHWB -> https://www.screencast.com/t/z64WB8pI maybe was a problem related to the cache plugin used.
Thank you!
Hello, David
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results, and assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
Also, clear your cache.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please try to deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc and clear all cache.
Also, if the problem persists after that, you need to use a custom code CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/nBelRAdE
.single .td-post-sharing {
opacity: 1;
}
Please use the code above and insert it in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OtVh8O82sN
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please check to be sure you don’t have an object cache on the host.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
I have inspected your website and this is how we see it: https://www.screencast.com/t/ym5gG34faByR Please check your website on different browser and incognito mode. This issue seems to be only on your side. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
I have everything that’s needed in system status, it’s all green. I deactivated WP-Super Cache and all other plugins except tagdiv plugins, because you said so. Here’s the screenshot you asked for.

Site still says the same thing.
I don’t know what else to do?

When clicking on an image in a gallery, the image will expand as per usual, however the elements of the lightbox will not function. Users will not be able to press on the “X” or outside of the image to exit the view, and they will not be able to press on the arrow keys to navigate the images in the gallery. This happens when I disable “General Modal Image” in the Theme panel’s Post Settings, deleting the cache or changing browsers does not fix this issue. I have disabled all plugins and that did not fix the issue either.
What is the problem here?
Hello.
I came across this problem:
I use wp-rocket or wp super cache. I put random post filter on flex block 5, and everything worked normally. Once I changed my plugin folder to some other name, the random posts stooped working.
I used this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/rename-plugins-folder/
Please test this out with this plugin, or change the plugin folder name manually.
Hello!
I have the single post views counter visible on a website.
For example this one right now reports 998 views:
https://www.nyariks.se/vaccinforskare-medger-stort-misstag-spikproteiner-ar-ett-farligt-toxin/
There is however two levels of caching here. The first one is “Cloudflare” that is caching maybe 50 % of the traffic. Then on the server side there is “WP Super Cache” that caches as well.
How can I make the “single post views” counter show the correct number? Right now it’s way below the actual traffic numbers that I can see from Google Analytics.
Cheers!
I am using Newspaper X for https://www.leanbp.com/. Sometimes, when you click on a nav menu item at the top, the URL shows the proper page, but the page doesn’t actually load. It’s as if the link is empty! I think this is a setting or cache issue but I cannot figure out how to fix it!
Hello,
Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Usually, the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa). We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
After clearing the cache, it did not take long for the garbled code to appear again, help check
Hi,
Did you ask the host about the cache plugin?
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and please make sure to clear your cache.
Thank you!
Hello, Ari,
Do you use any header code?
Also, according to this message the folder already exists, you need to rename/delete that folder manually using FTP/cPanel, also, please ask your host if you have access to install a cache plugin.
Also, please send the link to your website.
Thank you!
Thanks, I have installed WP Super Cache plugin and use the same settings as the tutorial, however it doesn’t seem to solve the problem. Any idea or suggestions?
Thanks.
