Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

My website o2festival.com doesn’t seem to be showing special characters. It is showing boxes instead of down arrows in the menu, a box with “eboa” instead of the search icon, a box with a smaller box insied, instead of the left and right arrows, etc. I have cleared the cache with wp super cache, but that did not resolve the issue. Can you give me any thoughts on how I might resolve this.

Soon after, having created the topic, I searched the entire forum for a solution, found some answers, saying that it was to disable all plugins, clear cache and disable even the child theme. Well, I did it all and nothing was resolved. Below is a print of what is happening to me.

The only active plugins are tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer & tagDiv Social Counter.
There is also no child them and I have cleared the cache.

sorry for late reply. Honestly that problem solved by weird step. After i installed lets encrypt for SSL website, that page not have footer gap anymore. Before that i already cache that site with wp fastest cache and didn’t work.
But i want to report another bug on this theme.
First, for Instagram social counter not work for display a real counter. I tried to input another Instagram account but that’s not work. So, now i just input fixed counter number on that website.
second, why Instagram boxed layout didn’t show video image from Instagram feed just like this image Instagram Boxed Layout

If you want to remove/hide the sticky menu, you need to edit the header template with tagDiv Composer, click on the sticky menu, click on the css tab -> https://www.screencast.com/t/T3TJ2hvJlD and check the display option, set it on hidden -> https://www.screencast.com/t/D57O79FFainD save the template and clear all cache.
