Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please remove all cache solutions from your install and host and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please access the appearance->themes section of WordPress and check to see which theme is actually active on your install.
If it says it is newspaper but you cannot see it, it could be a caching issue. Please clear all cache and cdn on your install or host. Please disable any hosting side cache and only use wp super cache as a cache solution.
Thank you!

Salutare,
Situatie: http://prodambovita.ro/
VPS 2Gb ram, php7.1 memory limit 256 si Serve static files with Lighttpd
Instalare noua de wp + adaugat 50 articole
Install Newspaper 9.2.2 fara alte plugin-uri (decat td-composer, td-social-counter, td-amp)
Dupa instalare si activare tema, serverul arata ca are aproape tot RAM-ul folosit si MysQl se restarta des.
Ce am facut:
1. configurat conform recomandarilor (forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/) – nici o diferenta
Multumesc !
Hey guys
I’m using newspaper for a travel blog and when i’m uploading a nice featured image for a blog post, the quality for the thumbail ( using bloc post 2 ) is very poor … i’ve tried to regenerate thumbnail and delete cache, also compress the quality but nothing works.
I’ve been looking on google but can’t find the solution.
Could you help me please ? My homepage doesn’t look good with that problem
Thank you
Thank you for the quick reply and sorry about the delay of mine. For some reason I did not get an email notifying me of your follow-up.
Yes, I was using Swift for optimization. I cleared the cache and deactivated the plugin, and it sure looks like that solved the issue. Can you click this link and confirm from your end?

Hi,
I followed the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ to setup td speed booster and I have it running and I can see that the it looks like its moving my css styles (after i move them i see them removed from showing in the function.php output on page header) but the js files don’t seem to get moved. Do you have to run the wp cache plugin for it to complete the moving of js files? is there some debug output i can checkout? enabling debug in wp-config doesn’t seem to output anything
Hello I have tried everything, deactivated all plugins, downgraded WP to version 4.9.9. Even tried to downgrade the Newspaper to version 8.7 that I have it working on another website. Cleared cache and all.
Nothing works. Can you please help me out? Running out of ideas here.
Want me to share admin credential so you can take a look?
Thanks
Hi,
Please check if you have the WP Debug: set on false, also please make a test disable all non theme plugins and let only those plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Also please provide some screenshots with this problem, and some details about how this is affecting your website.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
Please make sure that you have the last version of theme, and you have all theme plugins updated.
If you have the last version of them, please deactivate all no theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, can be a plugin conflict.
Thank you.
Hi,
Please make sure that you have install the theme correctly
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Installing demos -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Thanks.
You have a massive number of errors caused first by load.php and then later by wp-db.php file. Both are called via your CDN.
This sounds like either cache or CDN problem.
Make sure you have completely cleaned up WP Rocket installation, maybe try reinstalling it and then uninstalling it properly through its own interface. Purge CDN caches again and see what happens.
Check again that WP Rocket didn’t leave any code in .htaccess file.
I have the same problem. However, I’m not using any cache plugins. In my case, this 7 days post sorting worked normally and simply stopped working alone.
I have deleted Child theme.
I have tried with new .htaccess file.
I have tried with new wp-config file.
Memory limit on my server for this site is 512M.
I have deleted cache plugin (Wp Rocket) and deleted cache folder. On Cloudflare I have purged cache also.
Plugin folder is renamed so all plugins are disabled.
I have error_log file and there is a ton of stuff but I’m not familiar with it. Can I send you to have a look?
thanks

Try deleting the child theme.
Error 500 has a number of likely causes. Here’s what I’d check:
– Make sure you have no errors in .htaccess and wp-config.php files, particularly syntax errors. If you have edited wp-config.php, check that your editor uses UTF-8 encoding and not something else.
– Increasing WP memory limit will have no effect if PHP memory is lower than that. Check with your host if you can’t configure PHP yourself via php.ini or user.ini or however you have it st.
– Empty all caches, purge CDN cache as well if you use it.
– Delete all plugins that come with the theme (TD Composer in particular) then upload the new versions.
– Check your Child theme code, maybe some changes are required there. (You can see the default template in /code folder that came with the theme).
– Deactivate all security options temporarily (firewalls etc).
– Anything in your error_log file?
Hi,
If possible that you have some plugins that are interfere with theme, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again to see if this problem is still there on amp posts
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
This is a browser cache problem, when you post/edit and this is happen please check with others browser too, also you can try in incognito mode.
Thanks.
I updated my page this morning. I think that there was a power outage during the save process. Now I am not able to edit it to correct it. this is the message below. I have cleared all caches, but I am still not able to access the page to make the changes needed. How do I solve this issue?
Errors at columns elements: 12(models) : 10(dom). The model does not match the content
Question 1: Any thoughts why this might be happening?
I’m decently familiar with WordPress. I have cleared W3 Total Cache, cleared the browser cache, closed the browser, etc., but nothing has worked.
Question 2 (nearly related):
I made a row with 3 columns.
For a desktop, I’d like the 3 items close together, so I used “right, center, left” alignment.
But for a mobile device, it obviously looks strange having “right, center, left” alignment on top of each other. What is the work around for this?
Thank you!
Edit: For Question 2, in the TagDiv Composer, the elements are centered, but on an actual Android device, they are not. #scratchingmyhead
