Hey, Wp Super cache started to ”act” funny some time ago. Your problem most probably lies in clearing the whole cache. When I say ”whole cache” I mean that you have to to go to Wp Supercace settings > Contents > click on ‘Delete expired’ and then click ”Delete cache”.
http://prntscr.com/h2o2re
I am sure if you reload your page that the ads will be visible.
To reload the page properly click ctrl + f5
Cheers
Hello, i have installed WP super cache, but now the ads on the right side on homepage are not displayed to other users. I can see them but others can not. My site is https://goo.gl/a5jXTK
I have set also my .htaccess to this setting

Hello Prokhorov,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Yes, the problem was WP Super Cache. I have no custom code, yet.
Newspaper-> System status-> php.ini configuration-> max_input_vars-> 1000 (the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress.)
Hello boka003,
I have inspected your website and console and I saw that you have some js errors through it, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zT6gNOxA2pHt First of all, you should remove all of your untested plugins, update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Translation working but Center alignment Not working. Check this: https://prnt.sc/h2lbtf
I already clear cache.
Hi,
The translation works as you can see here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qX4pl4BjnT
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gTiuAEV1i0y4
The center alignment also works as it can be seen here, footer template 14 as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AO2QPgfh
If you have caching, clear your cache after making the modification in the translation settings, and entering the CSS code.
Thanks
Working for me, but my setup is highly optimized and i avoid funky plugins, dont use speedbooster, dont use multiple pagebuilders, etc.
Always remember when doing updates you seriously need to clear all caching, clear transients, and browser cache cleared. Many java issues are client side.
I’ve added content to my board and it doesn’t refresh. I’ve cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the element from the page, but it still doesn’t see the new pins. Is there a way to force a refresh?
I am also having the same issues as others have mentioned.
Facebook shows 0 fans
Twitter, Insta and Youtube all work as expected.
Facebook still shows zero.
page id is correct
app id is correct
secret and token resolve properly and instantly.
I have tried using the “vanity” facebook page name and also the numeric page id.
both result in the same issue “0” fans.
all caches cleared..old and new devices still see “0” fans for facebook.
I just purchased this on October 16th so it is the latest release version as far as I know.
any suggestions?
Try to clear cache, if you use caching plugin, but the problem probably lies in thumbnails, so you should regenerate thumbnails.
In documentation you can find all about regenerating thumbnails.
Hello TonnyO,
First of all, please disable all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, please provide some useful screenshots to show thew problems.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
A code like this will change the color of the links when hovered, for the elements present in the footer (same color as sub-footer)
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.td-footer-wrapper .td_module_wrap:hover .entry-title a,
.td-footer-wrapper .widget a:hover {
color: #ffc20e;
}
If there is no change after the code is entered, clear the cache.
Thanks
Ok, I have solved this problem! It was WP Super Cache. When i disaple the cache it starts to work again.
But what about input_variables? Does this cause any freezing?
Hello juliefreeman,
First of all, you should disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check if the problem is still there. If the issue is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
It could be related to the webp format that Cloudflare delivers the images in. There could be issues with Safari
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5ZTcqcBnAO
Try disabling that option and purge the cache, then check the results

Hello michaelaulia,
Before each step of debugging in WordPress, please disable all of your untested plugins because I saw that you are using some of them and all of these can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check again the results. Also, I saw that you have some Console error which can happen due to your untested plugins -> https://www.screencast.com/t/clulRGbvrPED. After you have done this, you should provide some accurate screenshots where the error can be seen.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Simion.
1. There is no custom code in the theme panel.
2. We cleared the cache and deactivated all plugins but the issue persists.
This is distinctly a theme issue. We haven’t had either issue with other themes.
The problem started to happen when I installed the latest update to Newspaper 8. The header is not appearing on the homepage on both the desktop and mobile versions of the site. I have tested it on other computers and phones and it doesn’t appear to be a cache issue. Can you help please.
What do I do to fix this?! I tried removing the code, clearing the cache, etc. The error still persists.
HELP.
Hello,
The footer problem is solved. I think what happened is when I entered letter 120 for excerpts, then something about my display got messed up. Not sure if that is correct.
However, it got fixed after I changed a few setting a few hours after.
Therefore, can I please ask how to refresh my page right away and see the new changes? Would it be my cache setting? If so, which one should I choose to make sure the change happens and shows immediately?
Last question is, when I try to submit sitemap to search engines, I really have no idea which ones to choose. Can you please give me any idea? I mean is there a XML Sitemap (main) to use? When I go to Yoast SEO, it generates 4, and I have no idea which to submit.
Generated by YoastSEO, this is an XML Sitemap, meant for consumption by search engines.
You can find more information about XML sitemaps on sitemaps.org.
This XML Sitemap Index file contains 4 sitemaps.

Hello michaelaulia,
I have inspected your Related Articles from the Bottom page and it seems to work as expected, without any misalignment, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jc1gLTHz Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Did you do normal practice of clearing transients after update, e.g., with WP Optimize, and resaving permalinks to clear WP micro caching; clear any caching / CDN buckets, and clear browser cache before re-logging in ?
Just food for thought. Also useful to review changelog and posts about changes, as you likely could have just edited the one ajax file to modify the XSS issue and be done with it for the day.
( I don’t work here. But feel your pain ! )
Hi,
A cache can cause a delay before the changes on the website are displayed. Most caching plugins have configurations and settings in order to avoid this for known users for example. Also some caching plugins can interfere with the mobile theme plugin functionality.
The recommended caching plugin would be the WP Super Cache
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
Hello michaelaulia,
Try to change the post limit from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/L2a78TV0SV Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
