Hello,
Unfortunately there is no way of changing the menu. There is no alternative menu. What you can do however is improve your site speed by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Also the scrolling problem could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes. and provide a link to your site if you still have trouble with it so we can inspect the problem.
Thank you!
Hi
ON my side this appear to be the last published post: http://fantasybrasil.com/cartola-fc/cartola-fc-mite-com-nossa-selecao-da-13a-rodada/ Is that correct or do you have another post published after this one?
This issue could be cause by cache so after you publish a new post make sure you clear all caches then test the site again on a different device and check how it goes. Also try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer to make sure that there is not a conflict.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and there is no part from dashboard displayed if I am not logged in. I am not sure why this happens on your side but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches including browser’s cache then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Noticed this on mobile yesterday and on clearing all caches, all theme settings have been reset on both mobile and desktop: http://bestforcats.co.uk
Logos are gone, footer settings, colours, AdSense, everything. This was not user error, everything seems to have been cleared.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
If the image is smaller than the limit, then it must be other causes preventing you from uploading images. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. This should rule out a plugin conflict. Then try your images again.
Let us know if you still have problems with this and if you do please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hi,
The post views are affected by cache so if you use a caching plugin, you need to activate this option: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
As for speedbooster, please follow this topic to learn about speedbooster’s compatibility function:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
For the ads, if you use adsense, you can select the ad dimensions from the theme panel here: http://screencast.com/t/JoMHKFv4
If you do not use adsense, you need to use this method of implementation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
If you want to align the ad left. you can use this css:
.td-a-rec-id-content_bottom{
float:left!important;
}
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hi
I am not sure why this happens but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Cosponsor, clear all caches then test again. Also check if other settings from theme panel are properly saved.
You can also check browser’s console while you’re saving the settings on google analytics section and check if there are any errors. If the settings are not saved there should be an 403 or 404 error.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please make sure you have version 4.11.2 of the visual composer plugin: http://screencast.com/t/aLRrsPvs
If you already have this version please make sure you clear all caches whether it’s a plugin, cdn or server cache.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this and provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have checked your site and you have a js error that is preventing the loading of images. This is mostly caused by plugins. Your images do not load at all on your site.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Then check your images again.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and fond some js errors in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/Jnuul1B5Mncp Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again. Also remove any minification for js because in some situation conflicts may appear if you serve a minified js on the page.
Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
Thanks!
Hi
We didn’t got a similar report before and we’re not sure which of the above settings could cause that issue. As a cache plugin we recommend WP Super Cache which is tested and works fine with our theme, for more detail about its setup please check this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks!
Hi
This usually happens because of cache or when the cdn service deliver old some files. Try to deactivate all plugins Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
@webcadre the theme is tested and works fine. If you still can’t manage to solve this please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.
Thanks!
Hi
Thanks @Chris for your answer.
@sonukharb I’ve also checked your site and images are displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/zW1jYdM6ire If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clar all caches, also try to deactivate lazy load as @Chris suggested above then test the site again.
Thanks!
Thank you.
I cleared all caches and i turned off all plugins one by one, but it’s not helping.
At the Android webbrowser it shows the mobile theme, but Google Chrome and Firefox are showing the responsive desktop version.
Is there something else i can do to fix this?
Hello,
This could be a caching issue as when you activate the mobile theme it should not show the responsive version anymore. Please clear all caches including cdn or server cache. Please make sure the mobile theme is enabled and please make sure there are no plugin conflicts that interfere with the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
For the social counter please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
Also make sure you clear all caches as the plugin is affected by cache.
Thank you!
Hi
I am not sure why this happens but it could be an issue related with cache memory. When this happens again try to clear all caches,m urge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Let us know hoe it goes and if the problem persist please provide a link where we can inspect it.
Thanks!
Hello,
This is a js error that is originating from an optimization on your site maybe a minify? or a simple plugin conflict. If you know to have any js optimization, please remove it or if you are not aware of such optimization then please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Then check the mega menu again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also increase these parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Sometimes plugins can also affect this so please also test the load without any plugins. Disable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

I’ve checked this on my side and didn’t got any issues with mobile menu or with the slider after clicking one of social icons. I am not sure why this happens on your site but you can try to clear mobile device cache memory then test again, also make sure that you’re using one of the browsers included on this list: http://screencast.com/t/Qqy5tnbf
