Hello,

If you use the same Single Post Template for all posts, once added that option, Single Post view, will be displayed for all posts, it does not need to be added for each post separately.
In this path are all single post template settings
=> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single
category
=> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/category
flex block
=> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes

Thank you!

Hi pwisker,
You are using only a single cloud category template and this is assigned for all categories as global -> https://i.imgur.com/1W2rfnQ.jpg so, if you make a change in that template will be apply for all categories that are using the global cloud category.
What you can do (in case that you want to display specific posts per category) is to duplicate the cloud category template and assign it as individual (it can be done from the frontend per category -> https://i.imgur.com/2Vwa0MX.jpg or from the theme panel per category -> https://i.imgur.com/rKiPLki.png)
I hope this will help you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, I can’t figure out where it might come from if it doesn’t appear to me.
Please try to use a Single Post Template from tagDiv Cloud Library and then see where the problem might come from.
Please let me know if the problem is when you have a social share on the post, if so then I think the image comes from the Like option.
This will display only on some browsers because it’s deprecated, also another condition is that the user to be already logged on to Facebook on that browser.

Hello,

Please make sure you have installed/activated the required plugins like tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library. You can activate plugins depending on what you want to achieve, for example for the subscription you need to activate the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin.
After you activated the plugins, you can install a prebuilt website and customize it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/eyZLad8.png
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ and you can ask us here on the forum if you have any questions.

Hello @fedeblock!

This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-cloud-library-stuck-on-installing/

Also, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and see the results. Check this guide too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hi, we are not being able to browse pre-designed templates.
We already tried all the suggested solutions in this document: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/

It is the 3rd or 4th time the automatic update broke our website, forcing the website to display a bunch of short-code instead. The case gets worse when Cloudflare grab the cache

Why? Because when the theme update itself, it doesn’t update the dependency plugins, the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library in fact they were apparently disabled due to incompatibility with the updated theme version.

I think this same issue affected this thread

How do I disable the automatic update, at least to save myself and the site from embarrassment?

Thanks

Hello @trademodo!

You should choose a static page, create a new page and give the name for example “Home”, after that you go there and choose that page which should be your homepage. You can import a template and design that page with the TagDiv Composer. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
If sometime the page is not working as it should, then please deactivate the cache plugin you use, delete the cache from your browser and try again.

Thank you!

Hi, I want to add a custom field in single post template and module block. I use default template library and custom template from cloud library. Where are the files to edit? Thank you.

Calin

Hi,
I see that it is the same template, so it should display the posts from that category. In case that you have post for the stock Ideas category, then is possible to be an offset on the post loop. Please edit the cloud templates with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/K9OIg72.png -> https://i.imgur.com/JXQwhvV.png if you have an offset, just remove it and let the field empty.
Thank you!

I am using a prebuilt website from the Cloud library (Magazine PRO). To further customize my own page, I add elements to empty columns – in my case I am adding a Flex Block 3 element. The problem is that once it’s placed on my page, the style of that Flex Block is different from the style of the existing Flex Blocks (from the template). For example, the font is different, the spacing, the alignment etc. I would have expected that the added elements would adapt to the current template. Look at my screencast:

https://watch.screencastify.com/v/XJFLRFCvd4qBVLn1yyZR

Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi,

Did you install or reinstall something?

Well, today I noticed something strange. In Theme Panel, in the “Welcome” section,  now appears “Prebuilt Website Installed: News Magazine”, but it was always the “Newspaper Pro” theme (https://prnt.sc/26utpqm).
I also noticed something, “Newspaper Theme” always appears on the site https://www.wpthemedetector.com/, and now it just says “It was not possible to detect the WordPress theme in https://gay.blog.br, although WordPress was detected on that website.”

And looking further, I found this link of yours (https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-vs-newsmag-how-to-choose-the-perfect-wordpress-theme-for-your-project/) that says: “tagDiv Cloud Library is a gallery of pre-made design templates that are entirely customizable. This option is available only with the Newspaper theme.”

Is it possible that my theme got misconfigured from “Newspapper” to “Newsmag” with the last update? If yes, how to fix this?
Thank you,

Hi Pragnya,

Please make sure you have the tagDiv plugins activated, like tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you have the blocks from this plugin.

Thank you!

Hello,

Do you mean the infinite loading option from the bottom of the posts that loads another one? That option is possible when using Cloud Library post templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0 And you can activate or deactivate the infinite scroll from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/

Thank you!

Hello @willianangelomn!

This is a 404 template for 404 error pages: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/

Hi motorstof,
I just checked your website and no the infinite loading from the posts is working!
To make the option to work you’ll need to exclude the files from wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js -> https://i.imgur.com/svSsOsL.png and from wp-content/plugins/td-composer/assets/js -> https://i.imgur.com/8Q9GnpE.png

Hello,

Unfortunately, none of this has fixed the issue. I tried the following things:

1. I tried exactly what you wrote above. Since I do not use a cache plugin, that was the only step I didn’t do.

2. I disabled all the plugins except for the tagDiv ones.

Those are the two things I tried and the error has not gone away. Any other ideas of what may be causing this? Here are the plugins I am running (note that disabling them didn’t fix the issue):

Akisment Anti-Spam
Classic Editor
Head, Footer and Post Injections
Kraken Image Optimizer
ONTRAPages
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
WPForms Lite
Yoast SEO

I have no other programs installed. The site is: onlineleadershipnetwork.com

today my theme broke down – everly.eu
In header, there are some lines of codes. I contacted siteground to see if it is hosintg and they sad thats caused by tagDiv Cloud Library plugin that is making dozens of thousands of requests to optimize the header. This is what the Siteground support wrote me:

Thank you for the update, Simon.

I was able to detect the plugin that is causing the issue. It appears that the plugin in question is – td-cloud-library. Here are some of the errors that were generated by the plugin:

[08-Feb-2022 16:03:49 UTC] PHP Warning: getimagesize(https://everly.eu/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/everlyeu-1-300×90.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests

in /home/customer/www/everly.eu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 782

Based on the plugin’s functionality there is a function getimagesize which seems to be not optimized. I would suggest contacting either the website’s developer or the plugin vendor so they could review it further. For now, I have deactivated the plugin, and public access to the website is restored.

Please optimize the plugin prior to it’s activation, otherwise, we might be forced to limit the website for a longer period. The only downside of this is that the header of the website is not properly loaded now.

Anyway, please feel free to contact the plugin vendor for further assistance on the matter.

Hi,

I am wondering if this is a bug in the td-cloud-library plugin, or if there is a setting to change this.

When accessing a monthly date archive (e.g. /2022/02), the correct posts show up, and the page <title> tag shows the correct month (February). However, the heading shows the previous month (example screenshot).

I think this is because wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/date/tdb_state_date.php first gets a timestamp for 12:00am February 1 in the UTC±00:00 timezone. Then wp_date() on this line

$this->current_month = ucfirst( wp_date( 'F', $timestamp ) );

uses the timezone set in the WP settings, which for us is several hours prior. This then makes the month name show up as January. To fix it, I added one line and changed the above line like this:

$zone = new DateTimeZone('UTC');
$this->current_month = ucfirst( wp_date( 'F', $timestamp, $zone) );

But we’d rather not change the plugin code. Is there a way to change the month name without doing this, or is this a bug that can be addressed?

Thanks!
