If you want to deactivate them you can do it from theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/orgqrd or if you are using single post templates from tagDiv Cloud library then you’ll need to edit that template with tagDiv Composer and remove those elements.
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and a link to inspect the template.

Hi, on my category pages, the displayed posts are not for X category, but the same on all categories, what i selected in the cloud library, why is that? I need to create new template for each category?

Please On our website https://www.digitalbusiness.africa/ one article posts, we have the section By Author name in single post cloud template. When we tried it, it is the name of the one who published the article that appears. Not the name of the journalist who wrote the article. In clear, the person who write the article is not the person who publish it on the website. How can I do so that I can have at the real author name at the place where the name of the person who publish display ?

Are you using Cloudflare CDN? It can help in a lot of ways.
A CDN might not give you the best score in the test results but the actual speed of the website will be improved since it delivers the content from the server closest to you users and from where the request is made.

I am really hoping you can help me.
I have contacted my server provider and they advise to contact you.
Basically, whenever I view my site, there is a delay in the page loading. There seems to be a white screen and then the page loads. This has resulted in my page load speed being rather high. I have tried everything possible to increase my speed (I have WP Super Cache and CDN on Cloudflare).
Please are you able to offer any advice? I read somewhere that having Java in the header may cause this. But I do now know how to tell?

Hi, I’m using UberMenu on the site I’m building along with Newspaper. However, I’m having some trouble implementing the menus on any custom headers I create via the Cloud Templates. The menus always default to the ones that come with the theme.
Do you know of a way to use UberMenu on the custom headers? Is there a particular template I need to change?

When I purchased your theme, I got the images and gifs along with the theme. And there’s one particular gif that I am talking about. In the 404 cloud template, there’s a gif of a man from an English show or movie. I don’t clearly remember.
My question is, Can I use this gif on my 404 page or in posts?

I have download a cloud template page to use like page 404 (it´s the theme with the Travolta meme) and I have 2 doubts:
-When I use the TagDiv composer I try to edit a column title for apllying an hyperlink in the text, but I don´t find any box option to do it, and when I try to modify by html in the ordinary page editor, I have problems, can you said me how can I use a hyperlink on the word of the subtitle?
-The other cuestion is the theme goes to the cloud templates section, but it doesn´t appear in the page section, so how can I set this theme like the page used in errors 404? I see in this section the tytle, the template type, but in the column “used on” is a space with an hyphen.

I read it, works fine for default templates. As I have mentioned in my previous post – I don’t know where in files is code responsible for selecting and displaying author for templates created with cloud template.

In order to integrate it in single post cloud template you need to change the files that contain the author and author box care tdb_single_author.php and tdb_single_author_box.php and those can be found in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_author_box.php

You have the option in theme panel. Create a category page from the Cloud library and edit it as you wish. After that go into Theme panel – Categories And per specific category you can assign the page you created. It have to use similar code to display author name, description etc. on the website. I just don’t know where to find it. Any hints where to start, what to do?
It’s quite problematic that it’s impossible to modify default templates, and on the other hand cloud templates are quite limited in terms of customization of many functions.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
