2. There aren’t many animation capabilities for the composer elements at the moment. Might be available in the future for specific or dedicated elements, can’t say exactly what will happen. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Could be caused by a few things. In some cases the problem was the usage of security plugins or server firewall which blocked the cloud library plugin.
In other cases it was caused by using PHP versions higher than the maximum recommended 7.2.

I would like use the Heaven Spa About Page cloud template as template for a page on my site: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/about-page-header-hero-spa-heaven/. However when I do this, my normal page header appears: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3615695/b494352d5802d6b7d073c372e77ee3e9
How do I move the full width row (the hero header ) to the top of the page and turnoff or hide off the regular page header similar to the Heaven Spa About page?

The comments section will always be displayed at the bottom of the post page. That is how it is defined in the code.
Using predefined post template this could only be done by making modification in the post template files. Some similar topics here

I imported the Church footer from the cloud library because I wanted to use it as a footer. It is imported as a page instead. How do I use this as a footer template?
The default post template will use the ad codes from the theme panel, while the cloud template will use the ad codes entered in the template itself.
So if the same type of ad codes are used, which work with a default post template, they should work with a cloud template.
I believe we did test this at the time but with default responsive Adsense ads, there were no problems.

There are other problems as well, even in desktop. For example the header search does nothing, block pagination doesn’t work.
I would suggest that you first disable the Cloudflare rocket loader, this can cause problems with the theme, we recommend that it is kept disabled

After you deactivate it, clear all caches and purge the files. Check if this solves the problem.

We try to only implement useful settings in each theme update, all user requests and suggestions are noted and will be considered. Takes a little to get used to the theme, tagDiv composer and cloud library, but with some practice after a while you will get used to it.
If you have questions you can always create new topics here in the forum, or use the forum search function. Chances are most usual questions are already answered.
Regarding the issue with the demo install, if that message is displayed it could mean that not all the demo files were imported properly.
First thing to check is the theme requirements guide, carefully

Contact the hosting provider if needed so they can make the required modifications if needed.
Also it could be a matter of permissions for the uploads folder. That is preventing the demo from installing successfully. Try to set the permissions like mentioned here

If I understand correctly, you want to make some change in footer section… if you don’t want to use a demo or a template from cloud template, you can make a page ( create a new page, and build it how you desired ), after that in Newspaper> Theme panel > Footer > Footer Settings you will find footer page, from there you can set the page you just created; please read this documentation for footer template https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ .

In order to show a custom post type in the standard category taxonomy you will need to create a custom category page template using the cloud library plugin and create content block that can show other post types besides the standard ‘post’.

Yes! I always use chrome inspector to make style changes in WordPress. So I double-checked the adsense code snippet. It’s correct.
1. Ads added using tagdiv blocks on the homepage insist on appearing as squares, even though the space would suggest they should be long and thin. These are Custom Ads 1 and 2 and the code snippet I’ve pasted into theme panel is:

Auto size is definitely on for all screen sizes. I haven’t changed any sizing from the default setting of auto.
2. Into my Cloud Template – property category (so still using the link/example from my previous post) I’ve copied and pasted the code for the ad from sidebar which I know is working. This is done using TagDiv Composer and editing the ad positions that you access when you click on “sample post content” within the template editor. I want the ads to appear top of the article, inline (after 3 paragraphs) and article bottom of the property posts. (I’ve now removed the titles from ads so you don’t see the positions marked anymore). Still not appearing.
3. Copied the ad code from the article top ad position (property template) and adding it to sidebar ad within theme panel. Saved. Refreshed. Sidebar ads do still appear.
4. Not sure I’m doing this right. Created new page. Opened in tagdiv composer. Added ‘Column text’ element. Copied my ad code snippet (the one that works for sidebar) into the ‘edit content’ editor – text view rather than visual. saved. I see nothing other than the block title? https://wmw-dev.co.uk/test-ad-page/ (Also added an adspot – sidebar) and that seems ok.
Any thoughts and advice much appreciated?

1. You can use Visual composer, or the tagDiv composer. We recommend the tagDiv composer however. Our front-end builder has a considerable amount of options, elements, multi-purpose features etc.
Also in combination with the Cloud library plugin it can be used to design/import beautiful templates (for post pages, category pages etc)

All of these are not possible with Visual composer in the theme.
2. Could be the most common mistake, maybe you are not uploading the image in full size. For example as a footer background

We can create new templates for “posts” using cloud templates
but I want to do same thing for “pages”.
If it’s possible, I can redesign many pages later easily.
If it’s not possible, could you give me some advice for changing the design of many pages later?

Ahhhh, so no way I can do this in the child theme? I’ve been clearing cloudflare, server, opcache, and local caches repeatedly when trying to make it work on a child theme, but I’m glad now it seems to only work with a parent theme change.
OK, I will do it in the parent theme, but I hope there is a toggle or something to allow/disallow thin in the theme. I need to repair it each time there is a Newspaper theme upgrade 🙁

This is possible, now you can select different template for each Author,
in order to do that you need to add (or create ) tow Author templates and from panel select from each one individuality the template.
To be more clearly I will guide : go in Cloud Templates, click on Add New from the top of page https://www.screencast.com/t/Scp5baszj7Z
section Author select the template you want to set, click on Create Template ( you can create if you don’t like any of them by selecting the blank page )..
after you choose yours templates go on Newspaper > Theme panel > Template settings > Author template and in section “TDB individual author templates”

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this functionality, sorry! The theme has front-end editor for posts if you will use the Cloud Library but this task supposes to use the WordPress functionality.
