You can do this using the cloud library plugin creating a custom header and a custom footer page.
In the latest version, there is a header builder letting you create custom headers and add any element you want to it. including a bottom ruler like border.
As for the footer, you can create the footer on a page using the tagdiv composer adding your ruler at the top of the footer. Then you can set the footer as a footer page using this option:

It is not possible, only default posts can use a cloud post template. You can display a product or woocommerce elements in a cloud template, with shortcodes

But not design a product page with the composer, currently this is not possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

the cloud library template used on the fast news posts was set to hide this information for mobile devices. You can edit the post template using tagdiv composer and make these icons be visible on mobiles as well:

Unfortunately this option will not longer work if you chose to use templates from tagDiv cloud library, because those single post templates have set a customs sidebar that was built with tagDiv Composer and can not be inheritance.
Maybe this option will be available of cloud temples in coming updates.

Unfortunately Elementor plugins is not tested with our theme, we have a spacial builder made for Newspaper theme ( tagDiv Composer ) and now you can do a lot more using tagDiv Cloud Library

Note that the tagDiv Composer is a builder made for create/edit pages and templates from tagDiv Cloud Library not for creating posts, indeed you can create/edit single post templates from cloud library for post.

If you have the WordPress 5 you can use the Gutenberg editor, this one have more elements then classic editor ( and you can find the classic elements too ).

Sure. The width for the site you mention is 1400 px. This can be achieved by using a cloud library template for your post and changing the width of the post content to 1400 px.

Unfortunately yes, if you want to use a block that is not available among the widgets. As an alternative, you can simply use templates in the cloud library that do not need the widgets area s you can create the sidebar directly on the template using the tagdiv composer. I have checked your website and I saw the big white space which seems to come from your page configuration with Visual Composer. As a quick solution, try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Cusotm CSS area.

1. Yes, you can add a different using the header builder, you need to import a hearer template or build a new one -> https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-newspaper-theme-9-5-update/
If you want to have a global header you’ll need to set it in theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bZYGcjg7KRD and all pages/categories/posts that do not have set an individual header will have that header set.
For individual header you’ll need to edit that page/post template/category template… and set in it the header that you want, and on this posts/categories templates or page will be set that header ( the individual will override the global header for that post/page ).
So in order to use it on post, or you set a global header our you use a single post template from tagdiv Cloud Library and set on it a header after that you set the template on posts.

I believe this is a request that is already added on our list.

For the social icons elements of the composer this is not possible, if you are referring to it.
