I just tested the click ad on my end but the error is not there. It works as expected. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If for some reason your option is not there anymore, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also switch to the main theme if you sue a child theme.

It seems your visual composer plugin is not active at the moment so please enable visual composer and disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache, and reset cdn files if you use it.

Probably this is happening because of a plugin. Try to disable all plugins except Visual Composer and see if the problem persists. If not, enable them one at a time, to spot the one causing it. If none of this works add this code in the Theme Panel->Custom Css

Sorry but here is a side by side comparison between the 2 images mobile and desktop:

It is the exact same image. I cannot see any blurriness between the 2.
If you truly see differences in quality between mobile and desktop, you will have to remove any optimization plugins that you may be using, reduce image compression, and regenerate thumbnails. Then test again.
You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check images again. There could be a plugin affecting the image quality.

I’m not sure where you use the Slider, on your homepage I cannot see on, so maybe you have removed it.

If you want to add an Ad to your homepage, you should use the Ad Box element from Visual composer and from there you can choose the ad code, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/SYcZxO0F If you are using and Adsense code, please notice that this type of size is not supported by theme and it could not work, sorry!

Please try to identify what you changed since you last saw it working properly and revert any changes. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset CDN files but even so, WhatsApp sometimes is able to grab the image and sometimes not. I ran a quick test in sharing an article from our demo but no image was grabbed so it could be an app issue.
Unfortunately, the WhatsApp image provided mixed results in our tests as well. All the proper markup is there but it seems the networks simply does not grab the image. We will implement a fix for this if we find one.But for the moment there is no solution.

Unfortunately if we did not tested this plugin I cannot say for sure from where to start. I have provided a suggestion to check this only with Visual Composer and Woo plugins and see how it goes, maybe it is in conflict with another plugin.
You will need to debug this but based on the errors provided above I cannot provide you an answer, sorry! And also please note that we adjust the theme changes only for the tested plugins and we cannot consider and test all plugins. If the plugin’s authors or if you hire a freelancer to debug this, pin point where the issue is, maybe also we can help you with some suggestions where you can find the theme’s code, if you need to make some custom implementations.
