Mobile theme does not render content added with Visual Composer and Revolution slider won’t work with it. To use revolution slider on mobile use the main theme without mobile theme enabled. @sonukharb I’ve also checked your site and images are displayed fine now: http://screencast.com/t/zW1jYdM6ire If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clar all caches, also try to deactivate lazy load as @Chris suggested above then test the site again.

Are you using mobile theme plugin? If so the page content displayed on mobile won’t be the same as on desktop because mobile theme won’t render the content added with visual Composer. For more detail about mobile theme please check this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you’re not using mobile theme and the problem is still there please provide a link where we can insect it so we can get back to you with a more accurate answer.

I replied you via email regarding this problem. It is a plugin related issue, not block related. Disable all your plugins except visual composer and check the menu. I have accessed your site and disabled all plugins and the menu worked as expected. I enabled your plugins again so your content added with plugins does not get removed.

This is a js error that is originating from an optimization on your site maybe a minify? or a simple plugin conflict. If you know to have any js optimization, please remove it or if you are not aware of such optimization then please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Then check the mega menu again.

Sometimes plugins can also affect this so please also test the load without any plugins. Disable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

The theme itself is not full width. Only the header, footer and a few visual composer elements if set to display so. However, if you set any background image or color, the site will go into boxed mode so there is no way of having full width elements if you use backgrounds: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/

my webmaster said that you theme has a bug because is not possible to set home page as static page and then edit it with virtual composer – any other pages i add is ok i can edit – i try many ways myself but cant get where is mistake – im sure your theme is ok and something wrong in our installation or blog – thanks for help

You can find the latest version of the plugin in the main theme package under the plugins folder. It’s named ‘jscomposer’.

There seems something went wrong in the installation process. Please update your theme via ftp by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and make sure you update the plugins as well in newspaper 7
IF you still get this error, please also try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear all caches.

I’ve checked tabs in posts and they works fine on my end. I am not sure why this happens on your site but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Com poser, clear all caches then test again. Also make sure that you’re using V 3.0 of Newsmag and also check if Visual Composer is update at V 4.11.2. If you still can’t manage to solve this please provide a link where we can inspect this and we will get back to you in shortest time.

I was updating plugins a while back… I may have accidentally updated VC outside of NewsMag…
It is just the home page with VC that I am having this trouble with. All other edit pages load normally with th edit box.

I recently installed the Newspaper theme on a brand new WordPress installation. Once downloaded, I installed the Black Version demo and received this error:
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/procrastinate/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_video_playlist_render.php on line 164”
I don’t have any plugins installed aside from the default ones and Visual Composer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind, it dissappear after update visual composer to ver 4.11.2. Sorry.
We are using WordPress 4.5.2 with your Newspaper Theme, when trying to edit a page with Visual Composer, this seems to never stop loading.
With an inspector it shows this errors:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
post.php:2
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 1
backend.min.js?ver=4.9.2:6 Uncaught TypeError: $template.get is not a function
We are also using, YOAST SEO but even when deactivated, Visual Composer doesn’t work.

I’ve created tabs inside a post, with an unique section ID for each tab. But instead of showing and jumping to the beginning of content when you select a tab, it shows and jumps to the end of it. What seems to be the problem?
