Please notice that the latest version of WordPress (4.5) “broke” the Visual Composer and seems to appear a lot of issues using this. Please try to update this plugin to the latest version of this (4.11.2) with the latest version of our theme (6.7.2). Clear all cache and check the results and see how it works.

This kind of issue might be caused by your untested plugins. Please ensure that this kind of issue does not come from there. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible as some untested plugins to create interference with the theme creating these issues.
Also, after removing your untested plugins if your problem is still there, please notice that you have some problems with your database and I am not able to provide you an accurate response because it is not theme related. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them a fix in this regard because they should be able to give you more accurate explication or fixes.

Please try to make a fresh install of the theme and then only install the Visual composer version that comes with the theme. I have checked your website and I saw the problem with your post images. Also, I have checked your console and your source page and I have notice that you have a lot of js errors through your console and also, you are using a lot of untested plugins -> http://screencast.com/t/zy0SJ9p1Kc which interferes with our theme and could cause a lot of unknown issue in theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After this, enable your plugin one by one and try to identify the culprit in this regard and remove it. Also, you will have to search an alternative in your case to avoid this issue.

I have checked your website and I saw that your thumbs are not generated. This issue comes from your untested plugins, especially Photon module from Jetpack plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After these changes, you have to regenerate your thumbnails using the Regenerate Thumbnails. Unfortunately thumbnail sizes cannot be changed so easy as they are fixed and set by us to align properly with the rest of the content. If you want to have bigger images on blocks, then simply chose a block that displays a bigger thumbnail. You can see see different content blocks here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/ If you are referring to the big image at the top of your page, that is a custom added image, not a featured image. You can edit that element by editing the page in visual composer.

In order to add block elements to your page, you need to access the page editor and then the pagebuilder of visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/wkE7j4g48m then simply click the + icon and select the big grid you want from the list: http://screencast.com/t/tSIjqFozNWE

If this is not what you meant and you want to create a totally new biog grid besides the ones from our theme, then you will have to use the theme API system to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/
