Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible to be a conflict between some untested plugins used by you and our theme and this thing could cause this issue.

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer will be adjusted by the theme, otherwise, will not work fine. If you are installed the Visual Composer ‘standalone’ as they suggested, this plugin will not work as expected because it will be adjusted by the theme. Hello,
It means that another version of visual composer has been installed prior to this one and the file remained in the plugins folder. You need to manually access your files via ftp/cpanel and delete the jscomposer folder from here: http://screencast.com/t/wWZEYYyXx1vC
The plugin needs to create a folder before installation and if a folder with that name already exists it will provide this error.

You can also try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache. Plugin conflicts can sometimes create similar issues.

As for the images, you can only use images from your media library in the featured image section. There is an alternative however. There are lots of sites with free images that you can use freely on your website.
You can get free HD images from sites like https://eu.fotolia.com/ and https://pixabay.com/

As you can see it’s not a theme error. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. If the problem goes away, it means you have a plugin conflict and you need to identify which one is causing the problem.

Please update the file in your child theme. if you use an old version of the js file in your child theme, then problems like this can occur. Also try it without plugins (except visual composer) to rule out a plugin conflict.

Please try to switch the animation effects a bit as in your case the animation gets a class that is empty so the animation does not apply. Try to change the animation effect: http://screencast.com/t/ZLqFXvAO6xT and if it still does not apply, try to disable all plugins except visual composer an clear cache in order to rule out a plugin conflict.

I have checked your website and saw besides of this issue as you are using a lot of untested plugins. I suspect this problem come from interference between your untested plugins with our theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, this issue could happen due from the conflict between lazy load effect, the feature from our theme and your untested plugins. The lazy loading animation feature which could break due to your plugins so also try this without any plugins enabled and check for the one causing it and if you need the plugin that is causing this issues you can disable theme’s lazy loading animation feature from theme’s panel, like this: http://screencast.com/t/soDvZAE4O It will have the same effect. The choice is yours.

You can do that using a plugin with this functionality (also you can try using RSS element from Visual Composer ->http://screencast.com/t/0C24mi7Cm) and also you can hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately, this is a Visual Composer Element and do not have such an option for this. If you want to develop this element, you have to alter the code from the plugin core file and add some functions wich calling the author information to be displayed into your Custom Grid. Please notice that is not a simple task and is require custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for your because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

You need to add a raw html element into visual composer and add the code inside and it will display: http://screencast.com/t/g6BpnoFC5IM It will also work inside a text box in text mode (not visual)
You need to make sure you insert the correct code though as if you copy it in some other field that modifies the code (like this forum) and then copy it again, you will loose formatting.

Generally you can use the textbox for implementing shortcodes as it behaves exactly like the mce editor on posts. If you use a plugin, then please follow their instructions on implementation. If there aren’t any then try it with a text box or a raw html to see if the player displays. (It will not impact visual composer. You can still use it and it’s elements on the page)

Unfortunately the subtitle field is not available in visual composer. the subtitle is for posts only. It’s a filed that can be filled on every post, but this option is not available in visual composer. Our modules and blocks do not display the subtitle by default.
