The Composer tool is experiencing significant lag and crashes, repeatedly getting caught in a ‘saving’ loop when I attempt to save changes. This problem persists even after a fresh WordPress installation, with no additional plugins installed apart from the mandatory ones for the Newspaper Theme. The front end operates smoothly; the issue is isolated to Composer. I’ve provided a screen recording to illustrate the issue

Hello,

I have a site that is under development for which I need some help. It’s 99% finished but I am at the limits of my knowledge with tagDiv Composer to get it done. For someone who knows what they are doing, I would think that it would take less than an hour. Of course, I will pay for the work. One can reach me at michaelfmuller@icloud.com

Thank you!

Hello Mar!

If you use the latest update of the theme and plugins, you should have access. Please note that only when you hover can you see it.
Every modal has a page that can be found in Dashboard -> Pages. Edit it with the TagDiv Composer.

Thank you!

Hello @ckoon!

Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Also, try use the Raw HTML element from Composer, add the code there.

I hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello @mostwonder!

Unfortunately, the feature isn’t available for the mobile theme layout.
You have two other available options there, so you can have this feature on your mobile version:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

Hello Tony!

No. It’s useful for the default templates. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features. Please check out our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

In the composer, there are elements already available to use.
One of those elements is a GALLERY.

How do I use that Gallery… the element that already exists.

I am not trying to add a new element to the system, I am trying to add the already existing Gallery element.

Hello!

You shouldn’t add any elements to the TagDiv composer. This gallery will be in your article content.

Thank you!

Hello @jhonnysan!

Please edit the template with the TagDiv Composer and change the featured image size in order to fit your needs. Try to upload the featured image with the same size and check the results.

Thank you!

I have no idea how I can add a widget code. I added, with tagDiv composer, a row and column within but did not work. Can anyone help?

Hey,

unfortunately I cannot change a site. Instead, I receive the following error message:
Error at rows: 7(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I already checked both of your tips you gave in other requests:
1. https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
-> We haven’t change anything regarding short codes and mod security issues can also not be found, so I don’t see the solution in this points.

2. https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
-> The last real change happened ten days ago. During the last days, I opened the tagdiv editor to check something. However, now it is not working anymore.

How can we solve this issue?

Hello, how am I able to use the Gallery Element seen within the TagDiv composer?

I’ve created a “WordPress” gallery as shown in this support article, https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/, but the design outcome is not what I was hoping for.

When I add the Gallery element from the composer the “Gallery source” options is greyed out and I don’t know how to proceed.

Just in case, I have enabled the thumbnails as another article suggested to enable 80×90 and 0x420.

thank you sort it out!

But we have another big problem, look at the screenshot:
https://snipboard.io/n6ZADp.jpg
We created a new category page of articles and the menu https://gazzettadimalta.com/category/malta/corso-per-giornalisti/
and this is the result https://snipboard.io/i7juqI.jpg
totally different from what we did using tagdiv composer.

the same in a single article, we want to edit the template to add more elements on the right column but it is impossible look at the following screenshot

Hello,

I would like to modify the Menu top offset (https://i.ibb.co/LR7Dfg6/menu.png). Is there a way to do it via the tagdiv composer?

Thank you!

Hello @Sudhin!

Drag and drop the raw HTML element below the title when you edit the article with the TagDiv Composer.

Hello @joeyfatstat!

You can copy-paste every element in the TagDiv Composer.

Thank you!
