If in the TagDiv Composer it’s showing the right thing in the frontend is wrong, then something is interfering with the composer’s modification. Can be a caching tool that you are using, a plugin, or some configurations. Please check the console as well. Check the errors you have and solve them.
If the problem is still there, then you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– cpanel URL and credentials
– a concrete example of what you did and it was not working as expected
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

If you don’t have the button to edit with Composer, please install the classic editor plugin, until this issue is resolved, or you can edit in the frontend, without a plugin.

1. When you add an element to the TagDiv Composer, it loads and then displays where you added it.

2. Provide some screenshots or a video, please.

3. Some elements are not working as they do in a single template. But common elements can be copied and pasted on another page, or you can save the element/entire row.

The theme comes with two preset default Google Fonts: Open Sans and Roboto

In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with tagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to already have the posts.

You can’t edit the Mobile theme and AMP version with tagdiv Composer; the only settings are from Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to have those shortcodes displayed, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin.

With our theme you have the possibility to use the layout from woocommerce or to use cloud templates for the shop, unfortunately I can’t tell you if it also works with other Woocomerce element customization plugins because I haven’t done tests with other plugins.

1. You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG The same steps are to delete the elements.

You can choose to edit it with the TagDiv Composer and build the sidebar like:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
And the text or the shortcode can be added in “Column text” or “text with title” elements. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

This shortcode is only for single cloud templates(articles). A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes. You cannot add custom text to each page as you can with single post content.
