Hello, I can’t create a new topic. I have weird spacing on mobile for my posts. There are big blocks of white space that I don’t want. I have not created these pages with tag div composer.

td-composer consistently slows the website down, most times bring the website down. We’ve been dealing with this for months. We’ve done plugin conflict testing several times.
Can you please help?

I recently upgraded from Version 9.5 with WPBakery to Version 11.5.1 (with TD Composer/Cloud Builder/Standard Pack on). It seemed to go alright but after a few days it became clear that ads on the site aren’t showing up for a good portion of the audience.
For those it does, it takes up to 10-15 seconds to load them because they seem to be the last things to load on the page, and even when they do there’s a lot of errors in the console, either ‘address unreachable’ or missing consent value issues.
It’s not a server issue. If I include the ad code directly through the header, there is no delay – they load instantly. It’s including them through the ‘Ads’ part in the theme panel that leads to the issue, something is slowing things way down.
I’ve switched off all non tagdiv plugins to test, with the exception of Iubenda for GDPR compliance which has to stay on, and the slowdown is still there.
My assumption is it’s something to do with one of the TD plugins. I’ve noticed that the one page I have built in TD composer (the homepage), one block on the page has an ajax category filter that is also delayed a good 10-15 seconds and then shows up at the exact same time the ads do – every single time.
At this point I don’t know what to do. I can’t roll back to Version 9.5 of the theme because it’s too outdated. Switching off the standard pack leaves the site a mess. At this point I’m considering just hard coding the ads into the files somehow or moving to a whole different theme after seven years with you guys.
Any suggestions I could test? I can’t share the site URL publicly, so what should I do?

That sounds great but can you clarify a bit more?
For example, I upload any Google font to the custom fonts option, then I select in the Cloud templates (either in tagDiv Composer/Module Fonts OR Website Manager Fonts) the Google font. Does the theme then pull the local font file or still from Google?

Strange. You can see in the images that the page is published and that i can edit this in tagDiv Composer.
In Google Chrome incognito i also see that it is still a draft. But at the same time ‘this draft’ works already as a mega-menu.
Can you help me to publish this ‘draft’ and to make the dropdown on certain items in the ‘List Menu’?

Did you edit the shortcode of the block? If you edited the code of the block, then you need to add it from the tagDiv composer again.
Also, make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack activate.

i am trying to open single page post via cloud template by clicking on edit with td composer but its not opening??
Sure. I have PHP 8.0, Newspaper 11.5.1 and the ‘Classic Widgets’ plugin installed
When I go to widgets, the ‘Ad Box’ element if I place it in a sidebar and open it, it just throws up those orange ‘Warning’ boxes with:
“Undefined array key “show_name” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block_widget.php on line 383”
My Wp-Admin on my live site is causing all sorts of errors to appear and I’m fairly sure it’s actively hurting my page loading and ad loading.
As far as I can see, it’s only the Ad Box widget that has this issue – all the others don’t cause the error.
My site’s admin error log is throwing up constant errors which ties to using the adbox widget.
The errors are all from the same file, but different lines in the file:

Also line 393, 409, 421, 479
I recently upgraded both the theme and the site’s PHP from 7.4 to 8.0. Does this tie in with that?

a few minutes ago my website, http://www.r3media.ro, displayed the fact that it encountered a CRITICAL ERROR. In the admin/modules, the „TagDiv composer” displays this:„Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 139925768802456 bytes)”.

My host is bringing up a malware detection for a file in the Newspaper theme.

In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.
Theme panel is not saving the changes you made there? Then, it could be an issue there. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-settings-are-not-saving-2/ and let me know the results.

I use all the latest version. I never do delay to single day to update my website, currently I use Theme version 11.5.1 on WP. version 6.0.2 with PHP 7.4.30.
And I already point out this in my first message I troubleshoot by healthcheck TD composer plugin conflicted also I mention I reinstall all the plugin, themes and wordpress but problem not gone I also mentioned this plugin also conflicted with wordpress default theme.

The “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persist), this it is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and and it can be fixed using the page revision.
