Hi,
You can re-add the rows and elements from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/odXV3dq.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ZDwZmK4.png with drag an drop.
Please check this video about how can create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg with tagDiv Composer.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to remove it, then with tagDiv Composer, select the element with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems that this method no longer works, because now it does not load all CSS, only CSS that is set on the element.
You can set the social counter with tagDiv Composer and create the sidebar with tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure you have the tagDiv plugins activated, like tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you have the blocks from this plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
I verified your website and the footer seems to be the same on the posts and pages ->https://www.screencast.com/t/VC1XIEtTMEro
Also, I recommend you to use Cloud Templates, instead of to use templates from Theme Panel, you can customize the Cloud Templates layout with tagDiv Composer.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ and you can ask us here on the forum or email if you have any questions.

Hi,
If you are using a cloud footer template, then you can set the embed code by editing the homepage using the tagDiv Composer, scroll to the footer and set in the footer zone a column text or text with title and set in it, in text zone the embed code -> https://i.imgur.com/QXIGNly.png (it can also be use the html element).
Thank you!
Hi Stanford Nix,
I think that you didn’t get it how our theme is working!
Yes, you can use the Gutenberg and classic editor to make posts, also, the individual settings from those editors will apply. But, some of the settings are making globally, for all posts that are using that cloud template. Now, a post is using a single post template and this can be edited using tagDiv Composer, all you need to do is to select the post content element and edit it -> https://i.imgur.com/zAllqJq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/pO9YNHO.png
If you want to have only the settings that you make with the WP editor, just use the default post template -> https://i.imgur.com/ECdlT2x.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, the option to show modified date is only for Single Post Template from Cloud Library.
With tagDiv Composer, you can add the element Single Post Modified Date in Single Post Template and
you can change the additional text in “Last updated on” => https://www.screencast.com/t/EvfUQMfzkd, and the Single Post Modified Date will show you the last time you edited that post => https://www.screencast.com/t/j74uz43paZj
Thank you!
Hello,
Do you to posts?
You can add in Single Post Template, the Single Post Date and Single Post Modified Date from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xx8BEYH.png
Also, please let me know what template you use.
Thank you!
Hi,
That is the path/place where you need to access if you want to edit the theme files used for the mobile menu. Unfortunately, I do not know How can I provide a more precis location.
For example in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header there is a file td-login-modal.php -> https://i.imgur.com/czkOkl9.png
I hope that this will help!
Hi Alessia Pizzi,
The review system was made like that because most of the time the review is about some products and not about the article. What can be do right now is to change the schema from the theme. This is on wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/pPFInSt.png and in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/mYYSf80.png all that need to be done is to replace https://schema.org/Product with the schema.org that you need (I think it is https://schema.org/Article).
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/footers-templates-doesnt-show-the-option-edit-with-tagdiv-composer/
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria, Thank you! I switched it to no template in the theme setting, that’s the way to solve this issue, however, by using “no template” in the theme setting, I cannot customize the header with tagdiv composer. For example. I cannot make the header a transparent header. When I using “no template” option in the theme panel, I try to edit the home page, the header part will show “this is not a tagdiv template header”. Thus, I cannot edit it. It’s quite a confliction. Do you get what I mean? Hope, you could help me figure out a way to solve this issue
Hello,
After the update to the lastest theme version I got this error visible just on homepage (hometalks.ro)
Warning: Undefined property: WP_Error::$slug in /home3/revista1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_data_source.php on line 171
I have tried to remove the TD Composer Plugin and replace it with the one on in the theme pack, but nothing changed.
How can I solve this error? Thanks!
LATER EDIT: I have solved it, it was caused by the fact that I was trying to skip one particular category on the homepage. It seems that if you make this in a feature post module on homepage you got that error.
Hi, I am trying to customize some settings towards my footer, the footer is imported from prebuild template, then I go to cloud template, but other template such as headers has the option to edit with tagdiv composer, but footer does not. what should I do.
Hi there. It’s been a while since i used this theme, but now I need to use it again, and it has so many new features, that i’m a bit overwhelmed with them.
I am trying to insert a PlayerJS shortcode on a main Page (in a row-collumn), but can’t seem to find a way to do that. Is there an element for Shortcodes, that I don’t see?
Thanks in advance!
As I summerized in the title,
I am creating a page with TD-Composer and adding row, then I add Block to show some pages with it it doesn’t show the page I just created. I can add the old pages with ID but when I add fresh created pages it doesn’t show the page, posts are displayed but not pages. How can i solve this issue?
I dont know how to find the folder. Just saying it is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header doesn’t tell me where I can find the folders. I tried inputting that after my domain and it didn’t go anywhere. I don’t know how to find the ‘sign in/join’ to edit.
Hello,
You can edit with tagDiv Composer, select the Flex Block and Big Grid Flex and you show the date from the tab called “Layout” => https://www.screencast.com/t/Ve0DebKPjX
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you are referring to this option https://i.imgur.com/lY4pPUh.png if is so, then to you it, you’ll need to enable tagDiv Standard pack (from Newspaper plugins).
Also, in case that you are using now a cloud template is no longer need to use that option or the standard pack. The single post template can be edited using tagDiv Composer and you can use the right click to remove the featured image element.
Thank you!
Hi, is it possible to create a fixed table of content with tagdiv composer?
like here > https://elementor.com/blog/introducing-table-of-contents/
I’m new to newspaper theme. Every time I try to enter an external link URL with tagdiv composer to a button or a title etc. the URL is being saved but after reloading the page the URL is gone and replaced by “#”.
Screenshot
Any idea what could cause this problem…thanks!
Hi Stanford Nix,
The folder is header and the path to it is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header there is a file td-login-modal.php where is the code for sign in / join.
The code for menu is this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/login.php – logged.php
Now if you are using the mobile theme plugin the files are on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts
Thank you!
Hello Simon,
To display the feed from Instagram then you need to connect with your Instagram personal account for Instagram from the footer or from the element from tagDiv Composer for feed you can use the Instagram business https://i.imgur.com/5XaTr2p.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Thank you!
Hi AlexD,
I think that this is a misunderstanding. The tagDiv Shop plugin is coming only with the Newspaper theme.
Newsmag theme is a smaller theme that use only standard templates.
Now the woo on Newsmag will have the classic layout and the settings can be set auto be the woocomerce plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/cP1djl1.png also you can use the shortcode as above with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/M3GJijk.png -> https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
Hope this will help you! If not, please let me know what you can not achieve and I will provide some steps for it.
Thank you!
