Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.2).
Delete and re-install the TagDiv Composer plugin, try again that element and see the results.

If you have a header template you can edit with tagDiv Composer, select the header and change the background color https://i.imgur.com/yfovYPD.png, also you can do it for hover => https://i.imgur.com/QxUWuYe.png, if you have a standard template from Theme Panel , then you can edit the colors from Theme Panel -> Theme colors -> Header => https://i.imgur.com/BPOyLPQ.png
2. Unfortunately, I don’t know what element is, please provide more details.

Yes, you need to add the code of the ads. Please note that for cloud/PRO templates, you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads code.

I am trying to create a simple blog page from your newspaper theme.
So far I have created 1 category and 1 blog post. In WordPress under appearance => menus I have created 1 menu, and I have added the 1 category to the menu structure.
However, when I click on the link associated with the category in the main menu on my website then I get the following message on top of the website (replaced my website with example.com for privacy reasons below):

what do you mean edit the settings exactly?
I need the green Edit with tagDiv Composer button to show on those pages..

Please let me know what version do you use for mobile.
If you use a mobile responsive version or mobile page you can add the icon and text with tagDiv Composer if you mobile theme plugin you can’t edit with tagDiv Composer and you can’t add the elements.

I’m using Newspaper and up until now whenever a new version was published I was updating js_composer (WP Bakery) to the latest version. The latest update I have is on version 10.4.1 which has WP Bakery 6.6. Latest version from some months now of WP Bakery is 6.7. I searched to see if you mention that you dropped WP Bakery in the changelogs without any success.
Have you removed the plugin?
Hi the problem is not with “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugin but with “tagDiv Composer” plugin as i wrote you in my ticket.
When tagDiv Composer plugin is enabled the yoast section “Aspect of research” is empty and I can’t reach any setting.

I saw your menu works on some pages and others don’t.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

As I said, if the page wasn’t created with tagDiv Composer, you can’t edit it with it.
To edit the forum and members page you need to edit using the settings from bbPress and BuddyPress plugins

Please import a product template from Cloud Library, go in Theme Panel -> Shop and assign the template => https://i.imgur.com/jiE3pUY.png after this you can import another product template if you want and edit it with tagDiv Composer.

Hi ritutiwa, usually the situation that you have (with fixed ads size) it happens when you are using a standard header from tagDiv Standard Pack. If you get a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you’ll be able to adjust it after your needs and make it as bigger or smaller that you want using tagDiv Composer and ad box element -> https://i.imgur.com/AAcKQe0.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/

When you add the featured image for a product, you’ll select the image and then the theme will automatically check the image thumbs and in case that those are not existing will display the default image size. Also on woo loop element you can set with tagDiv Composer on block the thumb size that you want to be used -=> https://i.imgur.com/ha48tB6.png
Now to make thumbs in case that those are not yet made by the theme, you need to generate them, for this please use our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

Recently, i installed amazon polly plugin (By Amazon AWS for WordPress), when i configurated the plugin for show me the audio player before or after post, simply the newspaper theme it duplicated the audio player by amazon polly.

I’m unable to make the option to ‘Hide description’ work when updating a global WooCommerce Product Category template in TagDiv Composer.
I can toggle ‘Show description’ between Show/Hide but the product description text remains. I want to have this hidden (though still crawlable). See linked image.
This may be a bug, but any advice would be welcome. The existing page shows how I want it to look (product description text has been removed).

Any changes to category template wouldn’t reflect on published site. Tried removing/editing social counter details in composer, can see changes in preview mode but not in published site. However other templates’ changes are published immediately

Please note that we have some standard elements, already customized which you can not customize it, the same as default template. And also, some elements which have a lot of settings with what you can customize it, the same as cloud template which can be edited with the TagDiv Composer plugin. So, you can not customize the old ones regarding to NOTE-1.

After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
