If you tried testing the theme in it’s default state, then this could also be a server side issue. Maybe there are certain settings made on the server preventing google from analyzing your site correctly.

Please contact your hosting provider and as if he knows anything on the server that can prevent the google insights.
You can try this on a sub-domain with a fresh install of wp and the theme and see if the mobile friendly test returns the same.

You can use each theme license just on one product (website/domain) these terms are set by Envato here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – http://themeforest.net/licenses/faq They specify that you can use one license for one product (website/domain). You can use it on multiple test sites and on multiple subdomains as a part of the same site-product, for ex. if you use it to create different category styles or different languages with the same content the same environment we have set for our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/

1)I do not understand very good on what you are referring to in this case. So, I assume that you want to change the menu color when you do hover effect over these, like -> http://screencast.com/t/h7bbVHQU Please notice that this menu is called mega menu and you can only set from your panel. For more information about this, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
If is not what you mean, please provide more details, some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

3)Unfortunately, this behavior is not come from our theme, sorry! It is most likely a plugin conflict which generates this behaviour. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, please all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, you can compare our demo with your website and you will see that to our demo it is not this behaviour with hover on the category tags -> it is the same effect.

1)Unfortunately, here is talking about two different styles -> Newspaper and Newsmag. Please notice that the structure of the mega menu is different because our developers have decided this. Please notice that is not a simple task to change the structure of this and if you want to achieve the similar style with the Newsmag please notice that you will have needed to do some additional customizations. If you want to display more levels in this regard and you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

I have checked your website and I saw your mega menu. It seems to be a conflicting plugin. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, you can compare the mega menu with our demo preview and there you can see that this feature is working fine. Also, please ensure that you have correctly set you mega menu according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ Also, if you have any additional customizations please try to remove them and see how it works.

Unfortunately, I do not understand very good on what you are referring to but if you want to have the save layout of our demo preview, you will have to install the demo or if you want to have the same layout of our demo you can add the default template from Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/M2XkwddOVwVs -> http://screencast.com/t/x7KaiZuIBc Please notice that the theme does not have such an option that offers you to import the .xml or .sql folder for demo content (layout), but only if you install them manually.

Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case. Please notice that our theme does not have any problem with responsiveness, as you can see in our demo here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that exist a lot of plugins but not all of theme are working as properly with our theme. In future, if on your side appears something wrong, please try always to compare it with our demo and if on the demo looks good, please notice that the issue comes from your side and not from our theme. Also, most of your above plugins are not tested with our theme and could cause a lot of unknown issues through the theme.

Please provide more details about some server settings that could affect this, so we can also check it on our side.
Also do you use a cache plugin? Did you optimized your site using this guide? – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

Please make sure you meet the theme server requirements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ and also check the System Status parameters – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ especially the php memory.

To improve your server response time you can try to reduce the number of queries (fewer plugins, fewer blocks on page, reduce the elements which use ajax requests/pagination like mega menus/load more/infinite load). To improve the loading speed look the MySQL query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html we also use it on our demo.
