I have newspaper v6.5 installed on my website.

I want to place multiple inline content Ads on my article detail page i.e.
a. 1 Ad after Paragraph 1
b. 1 Ad after Paragraph 2
c. 1 Ad after Paragraph 3
and so on.
The theme only provides option to add 1 inline content Ad. Please let me know how can this be achieved.
Secondly i have few posts with pagination i.e. the post have multiple page breaks.

Now I want to automatically insert a Ad short Code after Page break 2 and Page break 4. Please let me know how can we count the no. of page breaks in a post and then subsequently write a code to get the Ads inserted.
Please ensure that you do not have any additional customizations in your child theme which may affect the theme behaviour and also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Since the error is encountered only in your child theme and in the main theme everything works as expected, it means that the child theme (the customizations of this files) is the culprit. I have tested on my side using a default child theme and everything seems to work as expected.
If you try my advice and then your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so I can further inspect you setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so I can know who you are and what the issue is.

If you use any other version, please remove it and install it from the theme panel.
For revolution slider, you have to get the latest version from the main theme folder as it is too large to be implemented in the panel: http://screencast.com/t/HvekeePTpk

I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected with block 15 as sidebar. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if you have additional customizations try to delete them and install without them and see how it works for you.

I have tested on my side and this option affects this zoom effect for all elements. It could be errors from javascript which come from untested plugins.

I see you managed to install the demo and the images display as expected at the moment. The logo does not display because it cannot be found in the specified path.
Technically you can use the theme even without those parameters but you will have limitations though. You will not be able to use larger images and maybe you will have difficulties when using lots of complex elements.

This feature is tested with our theme and works as expected in default mode. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. This issue might be caused by untested plugins used by you and could create some js errors.

This error refers to your wordpress install and not the theme files. Please switch to a wordpress default theme like twentyfifteen and try to add a page again to see if you still get the error. If you do, then there is something wrong with your WP install.

Our theme uses a lot of predefined thumbnails in blocks and modules. If you check the Theme panel->Block settings area you can see the list with all dimensions of the thumbs wich is used in the theme and which elements -> blocks/modules uses -> http://screencast.com/t/tQuimSer9 If you want to exclude the cropping system wich you have to use the right dimension for your images.
Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. We use a WordPress function – add_image_size() – you can read about it here – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size – and here – http://www.davidtan.org/wordpress-hard-crop-vs-soft-crop-difference-comparison-example/
Our theme crop (cut) thumbnails in some cases to avoid creating a lot of thumbnails in order to reduce to load more spaces on the server.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate.
Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Hi,
I have installed the Newspaper theme but get a fatal error when trying to add a page. I have disabled all plugins that are non-essential for the theme, but still get the error:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_get_server_protocol() (previously declared in /home/www/public_html/wp-includes/load.php:18) in /home/www/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 23"
I changed 2 hosting providers, both because site was slow (url: visoko.co.ba). But, now i am on third hosting on this package:

and again have problems. I dont have any more sites on this server, only this Visoko.co.ba. Owner of server said to me that site uses too much RAM at some times, and server blocks and site becomes not responsive.
can this be because of theme or wordpress? I found this on post about page speed:
“If you have a dedicated server / VPS:
make sure that you have APC installed or another ‘op cache’ for php. This will reduce your server response time.We have receive some reports that the accelerator has some problems in some specific configurations with our theme and Nginx.”

As for the matter at hand, I could not recreate this issue. I added the same tag on 2 posts and it seems to display fine every time: http://screencast.com/t/kK0lm3UMO We tested on different installs and different machines but the result is still the same.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

I have checked your fatal error description and saw that you are using version 6.2 (v62) of our theme. Please try to update to the latest version of the theme. Before doing that, please make a full backup of your current installation – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and then do a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ update also the plugins that come bundled with the theme files from the /plugins folder. After your update, check again and see if your error appears and let us know if it persists.
