Hi there,

I installed a FB comment plugin but it’s showing up BEFORE the bottom ad of the post, the share buttons and the “more articles”.

How can I have the FB comment go all the way on the bottom where the comment section should be?

I notice with the demo images you can install that they are a wide variety of shapes and sizes.

Within Big Grid 1, the main article thumbnail and the 4 others have different height:width ratios.

I notice that Block 2 and 16 are also different from the above.

Are there image dimensions you can suggest that should work properly?

I have images with text centred in them that can’t really be used because they only centre properly in one of the three different situations above.

Hi, Guys! Congrats on your amazing theme! It’s something I’ve been looking for for a long time.

I’ve installed the theme, reinstalled the VC but I can’t see your elements in the composer, neither edit the template ones. Any idea on why? Do I have to install any other plugin or sth.?

Hello, my site was working great until I updated it to Newspaper 6 (from Newspaper 4). I resized all images, I created an entire new CloudFront, removed caching, reinstalled caching, etc, switched out the entire theme files twice, and still it’s not displaying properly.

When I create a new page, it works great, for about three page loads, and then it goes back to this. The site is at http://www.danoah.com.

It seems this all happened when I ran the “update script” from the welcome screen.

I’ve recently installed the theme and everything was OK, but after few manipulations on Theme panel the changes started not to apply for the site appearence. For instance, I’ve chosen not to show date on top bar menu, clicked save, but the date is still there.

What should I do?

Not sure how to fix this one and we have been trying.

We have been trying to add an installed widget to the front main page of the site.
The widget is available on the other pages of the site, but not when trying to add it to the front page.

The widget is the Feedburner Form widget. Again, it shows up with no issues on the Widget Admin screen and on ALL pages inside the site. The ONLY place it does not show up is when trying to add it to the front PAGE and editing the front page with the Visual editor like normal. It does not show as an option to add.

I’m desperately looking for the custom CSS file in one of my back-ups as I have just installed MultiSite and all my CSS has been deleted. Does anyone know where I can find the file so I can copy and paste from a back up?

I have just purchased Magazin on ThemeForest and hope that is the same product as Newsmag as I don’t find a support forum for Magazin.

In any event, I cannot get past the first step of installing Magazin because every time I attempt to upload and install the .zip file I downloaded after purchase, I get the following error message:

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

I opened the .zip file and checked the documentation regarding installation and all it says is to upload and install the .zip file, which I have attempted twice.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

I’m trying to test Newspaper 6 on a staging site.
So far I’ve:
– Deleted old theme,
– Deleted Visual Composer
– Installed new theme
– Installed visual composer
– Run the update script

My problem is that I have literally hundreds of posts that use the shortcodes such as [quote_box_right][/quote_box_right]

These posts are now just showing the short code as plain text rather than converted to the new format.

Please help!

Thumbnails on the homepage grid doesnt resize.

I have read the forums for solutions but still unable to fix it.

I’ve experienced a problem in the past day. On certian pages, the template Pagebuilder + Page Title won’t save. It allows me to select the option, when I hit Update it reverts back to “Default”.

I’ve tried re-installing the theme twice, restoring it from a backup where this option worked. Not sure what to do at this point. I saw a post somewhere saying that I can go into the SQL and change the post settings for the page manually. I did that, it did nothing.

Any suggestions?

I’ve just purchased the Newspaper theme (OMG it is absolutelly amazing! 🙂 ), but I’m having issues when importing content from my old website.
The featured images are not coming along with imported files.
In the old site I used to have NEXTGen Gallery. Do I have to install this? Will it run on Newspaper?
Any help will be much appreciated, since the old site has over 15K articles and images. :/
