Received various error message when I tried to update to 6 so re installed old version but can’t restore database or plugins using my Updraft plus plugin becuase when I try to use it I get a white screen. Also when I try to login to howdoidate.com I receive the following fatal error Fatal error: Call to a member function get_map() on a non-object in /home/thepetsp/public_html/howdoidate.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/widgets/td_page_builder_widgets.php on line 11

My static page is all messup it seem this theme not supporting static page any more,what happen to the V5 and why this theme have so many issues,i’ve delete V4 and done a new install removed all my CSS CODE etc and all i get is a messup static page and no settings is taking…is this a joke are what..
I did the update to V6, installed everything ( including child theme and td-api-plugin) and I have no more blocks….
Blocks are not recognized. I have only the shortcode which appear on screen. And when i go on the page editor, i cannot select any block through visual composer. They are not listed…

Just installed the theme, everything was fine but i noticed something very strange. Some users can’t access the site when they click at links posted at my Facebook Page. I’ve noticed that the majority of them are using Android Phones. Since 80% of My traffic comes from Facebook and mobile, i deactivated the theme

We installed Newspaper as a new theme on our site http://scarypuppysillykitty.com a few weeks ago. We LOVE how it looks and (generally) how it performs. Last weekend the site crashed after being floodede with errors. Once we got it back and turned on the debug log we noticed some recurring errors that we think are coming from the theme (see below). They recur over and over again. Any insight or advice on how to resolve them would be most welcome.
The first error below from: “cluster-10670/scarypuppysill/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3391 repeats on its own over and over”
The second few from “wp-includes/capabilities.php” recur as a sequence 1197, 1198 and 1201 and then the repeat.

TIP:
it’s better to use the single domain name (.pt) and then do all your work there.
Then setup the .com version as a 301/302 redirect via your host panel, so that both domains work, but only “one” is the REAL domain — this removes duplicate content issues with Google; and since you have just ONE working domain in use with ONE install of WP, dbases, theme, everything would work normally.

we have purchased NewsMag theme installed at http://www.recepti-kuvar.rs.
We just started content exchange with contentexchange.me. They have sent one line of JS tracker code which have to put in footer before </body. We tried everything to do that, but, we partially succeeded. The best result is to have content exchange widget only on first page, but, if you go to any another page you can’t see this widget on first page again. Also, widget in two sidebars never appeared, even if you directly landing this specific page or post with sidebar and this widget included…
We deactivate all suspicious plugins without success, also.
Do you have any idea what can be helpful?

Whenever I try to modify any overridable file related to your documentation, nothing is working execept for style.css ??

When you want to remove it, unfortunately you will have to make a factory restore – http://screencast.com/t/xBfbVrEr but this will remove all your panel settings like logo, ads..

I have installed Newsmag in the directory /multidesportospt (Bluehost) under the domain http://www.multidesportos.pt
However I have also the domain http://www.multidesportos.com that I assigned to the same directory.
The assignements are both running and both of http://www.multidesportos.pt and http://www.multidesportos.com are serving the Newsmag theme.
The WordPress installation and the Newsmag theme were both implemented with the domain http://www.multidesportos.pt
Meanwhile I have some issues with the site when calling it from http://www.multidesportos.com, namelly images dimensions and when asking for more posts at categories.
Could you, please, help me in this issue?

You seem to be using Visual Composer plugin to build up you homepage. It is slightly tricky in that case since you need to edit the modules in order to show the time to read in all modules. I would request you to ask your theme developer if there is an easier way to do it. Otherwise, you have to find all instances of this code in all files:

Basically the plugin do 2 things:

I bought Newspaper theme but it just showing a blank page when i activate it.
I am using Newsmag right now and followed your instructions (even deleting old theme and activating wordpress default) but the blank page remains when i activate Newspaper.
At admin, it shows the Newspaper pages adjustments and settings but frontend is not working at all
Ps: i’ve also deleted all plugins that are the same in Newsmag and Newspaper and used the ones just for Newspaper with no success

1. I noticed that the demo site (default mode)is at 1070 width, but after installed, my page width is much smaller.
How can i fix this? Id like my page width to be 1070, like demo.
2. I want to make my homepage look exactly like the Tech page (default mode) on your demo site (Layout wise).
Any suggestions?

Please check settings to disable posts page – http://screencast.com/t/VdDWJbr6zz and view the page after and decide if you want to delete it. Also my likes maybe it is created by a plugin as our demo doesn’t contain a such of page. Also please note that demo install new data (menu, posts, categories, pages) and it can only be removed manually.

ive uninstalled the social counter plugin and then installed the 2.10 plugin and cleared my cache, and it still doesnt show my subscriber count.

ive also checked out the http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/full_screen_preview/5489609 and even there it shows the youtube social counter at 0 even though the account it connects to has 1184 subscribers. If i change the demo to clasic blog/fashion/sport/cafe/tech it shows the counter subscribers. On the default demo it does not

Unfortunately theme doesn’t contain a demo for Woocommerce as the plugin is not a part of the theme. That appear on our demo just like an example that Newsmag theme is compatible with Woocommerce plugin.

Not which theme you refer to but if you use newsmag or newspaper theme you need to install, configure and use the woocommerce plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
If you refer to our Magazine theme: http://themeforest.net/item/magazin/4792747 then note that it doesn’t have support for ecommencing so you would have to use another if you want ecommerce support.

Having the same problem with js_composer.
After fresh WordPress install js_composer working just fine.
After inserting data from sql (posts) file showing blank page as site and Admin too.
When removing js_composer from plugin directory showing right Admin page again.
No other plugins installed. Debug is not showing when define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
Memory is 100 MB.
NewsMag is my theme.
