I made some investigations on my install and I set the link of post in embed element and I also past the link directly in the post and the only class that is apply for me is
wp-embed-featured-image square this class “square” is make the featured image small, the class rectangular has no css to apply.
Those classes are coming from the posts and are used inside the iframe to display the featured image.
T looks that it can not set a css for the classes inside the iframe, this is not apply, that it is way the above code is not working.
Also I try some links from your website and this are look the same in post editor https://i.imgur.com/KVx2RGo.png does not matter if I use Newspaper or a default theme, therefore, I do not this this is related to the theme.

I think this problem is caused because the install was not done correctly, please make sure your theme and plugins are updated correctly, also, you can try to reinstall the theme and plugins

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead. The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If the issue is still present you can try deactivating all non-theme plugins and check again in order to rule out a plugin conflict.

You can add the logo after you install the theme or import a demo because most changes are made using our page builder, tagDiv Composer not before installing the theme.

I just checked your website and looks fine blocks.
Also, if referring to those you don’t have the blocks set => https://i.imgur.com/8VrZtnO.png, is just a row.
Also, Please make sure that all theme plugins are installed (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you are using standard elements). Most of the time one of the theme plugins is not activated.

Just purchased your newspaper theme and having 2 issues.
1) Mobile theme sometimes work but always reverts back to desktop theme. I don’t have jetpack or any other mobile theme installed.
2) On post page can not find a way to limit to 1 post… most keep loading one after the other to infinity.

I tried all suggestion. Header and footer disabled and chache plugin disabled.
I tried all steps for uninstall and install of TagDiv composer.
I disabled Ad Inserter Pro which is only new plugin I installed in last few months.
I did add some Ad Inserter Pro shortcode in template in HTML block but when I disable Ad Inserter Pro and disable chache same error happens. I would say it could be that shortcode.
Is there a way to see cloud template content in some way? In database or in some file so that I delete that shortcode?

If your settings from the theme panel are missing and you use default templates, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.

Hi avengerxp, the problem with the Instagram broken image is that the image links expired. What you can try is to disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall it from Newsmag > plugins.

When I install the newspaper theme, I go to the server and delete the file wp-content/uploads/2021/11/logo-header.png and then upload my own logo. But even deleting it, when I enter my site, this logo of yours keeps showing as if it were on the server. How do I permanently remove?
I know that by admin I can, but I wanted to remove it when I install the theme to be my own logo.
Would it be possible before I upload the theme to already put my own logo and edit the theme code point?

I’m sorry, but I can not understand what you are looking for, but we have 3 options of mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you do not need Mobile Theme plugin layout, then please uninstall it from Newspaper -> Plugins. If you need mobile pages(2), then please make sure you’ve assigned the mobile page to the desktop one.

Hi,
Please try to do a clean install of the theme. Download the latest theme version form Envato and follow this guide to install it via ftp – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then deactivate and delete the old version of Visual composer and social counter, and install the new ones from the theme package – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Then configure the social counter again and it should work properly for you.
If you still have problems, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look.
You can activate the theme on a sub-domain for testing purposes and then activate in on the live site. You can use the reset key option available in the theme system status.
