Hi there.. I am using a frontpage template using TagDiv Composer.. I have also installed the Mobile Plugin/AMP.. But when I go on the Mobile, the image from the template is not responsive and it is truncating.. Pls see attached images.. How do I rectify this so that the Mobile version serves a responsive image..

I’m contacting you to request your assistance regarding the license activation of your Newspaper theme, which I just purchased for the very first time on ThemeForest. As a beginner, I’m still learning how your system works, and I thank you in advance for considering my lack of experience.

I initially installed the theme on a temporary domain provided by my web host:
floralwhite-emu-754544.hostingersite.com.
However, I have just migrated my site to my main domain:
http://www.elephantdechaine.net.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to activate the license key on this new domain, as it seems to still be linked to the old one.

I would be grateful if you could deactivate the key associated with the temporary domain so that I can properly activate it on my main domain.

J’ai acheté le thème Newspaper et je l’ai d’abord installé sur un domaine temporaire : floralwhite-emu-754544.hostingersite.com.
Je viens de migrer mon site vers mon domaine principal : elephantdechaine.net, mais je ne peux pas activer la clé de licence sur ce nouveau domaine, car elle semble toujours liée à l’ancien.
Pouvez-vous s’il vous plaît désactiver la clé sur le domaine temporaire afin que je puisse l’utiliser sur elephantdechaine.net ?

PMEFR.COM We purchased the license and installed the Newspaper theme with the Business template. However, the page layout on the PC displays correctly, but on the mobile device, it changes negatively. IT’S UNCONFIGURED. You think the problem is solved, but 20 minutes or more later, the theme no longer displays as it appears in the internal configuration and on the PC.
The Newspaper theme is definitely very unstable.

Why are the tardif composer and library plug ins not updating? I installed newspaper 12.7 from 12.6.1 and plug ins keep failing to update and not updating manually. The web site looks like crap now.

I need to buy a new hosting on another server without buying the domain.
I need to clean up the main site and I want to install everything again by importing only the contents without importing the database. I will have to change the computer’s DNS to be able to work on the new site. After the summer I will transfer the domain from the old provider. I would like to buy a license to associate how should I do with the shared and not dedicated IP address?

I recently purchased your theme based on the information provided, which stated it was compatible with Elementor. However, after installation, I discovered that the theme only supports the TagDiv Composer and does not work with Elementor as expected.

This discrepancy is very disappointing, as my workflow heavily relies on Elementor, and the current setup does not meet my project requirements. Given this, I kindly request a refund or an appropriate solution that aligns with the advertised compatibility.

My host, Dreamhost, told me: “I would recommend contacting tagDiv support, to help confirm if reinstalling the tagDiv Composer plugin will help re-create the missing wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/js/tdAjaxSearch.js plugin
file. If not, please ask them the steps how to re-create the missing file, to help preven the issue with the site format when loading it.”

The problem is that sometimes “under certain conditions, the site will pull up the missing wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/js/tdAjaxSearch.js plugin file from the tagDiv Composer plugin, that will cause the issue on
the site format”

After installing my newsmag (latest).
I am not able to access admin.
I have verified that the files in question exist in the path they should. Not other changes are made since it a news site.
