I have another problem with my mobile-footer: http://b96n967.myraidbox.de/2020/02/seo-google-search-console.html Before the text: wir über uns there is an apperantly blank space that contains a link to the sidebar of the desktop-version (image, social-counter, popular posts). I don’t want something like that and I don’t have installed ist. How can I remove it? The problem appeared after I removed the logo and the newspaper text…
After clearing the widgets in Footer 3 it shows me the newest articles by clicking in the blank space…

I have lot of troubles by installing the new version X
All goes well until I activate the plugin Standard Pack, then WP show a white screen with Error 500 and there is no way to recovery the installation only by replacing the theme directly in the DataBase, I have tried changing the activation order of the plugins but it didn’t help. I’ts URGENT please help!
I got too many errors 500, 503… when I disable the “td-” plugin I got less error message… I already uninstall and reinstall everything but situation is the same… I realize that when I uninstalled jetpack and reinstalled it, I can’t connect to server but when I disable “td-” plugin, I manage it, connect and then re-activate… I try to install demos and I got error message as well, contact with admin so, seems that I have “deep” problem which I can’t solve, so I ask for support and send a message for “help” 🙂
Sir, I have just installed the Newspaper 10.3.1 ( newest) version, after installing the theme, the “save settings” button is not working, I have clicked on the social icons button several times but it is not working, similarly the sub footer background color is also not changing. there are also so many other problems in save setting.
Also the theme “Welcome” page suggests that the TD plugins are “Outdated.” When you click “Install/Activate” it attempts but “Fails” to update. So I de-activated all the plugins then went to theme “plugin” page and updated them. It looked it updated fine. But the Welcome page still suggests that the plugins are outdated. Buggy.

It is coming along well although I am sure I haven’t used half of the template’s features.
There is one thing that bothers me now:
When scrolling up on a post, a most popular article suggestion appears over the article. I think this is a bit too much as it makes it difficult to actually read the post…
Can this be somehow removed?

So, I have tried to not only deactivate all plugins including tagdiv ones but also delete them completely, then install them again, it seems working fine now 🙂
After installing the companies logo, the tagdivComposer doesn’t load anymore.

We are surprised to experience the tagDiv tech support, as we are still struck on the matter since 25th March which needs only few min.
We have selected tagdiv based on your very rich client list and no. of total sales but so far experiencing POOR TECH SUPPORT.
Let my take this opportunity again to explain the problem we are facing.
We need to install this theme “demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pulses_pro/” that is not included in our downloads or maybe we are failed to find.
We did try to install Newspaper default theme “demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/” that’s working fine.
NEWSPAPER THEME is installed and activated without any demo on our web-server, therefore we just need to find our selected theme demo i.e “demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pulses_pro/”.
Please try to respond on urgent bases as we already struck since 25th March and next two day are also holidays at your end.

Hosting company has fixed some database problem and checked system.
I have all unneccessary plugins and themes unstalled.
Deactivated Cache plugins, cleared all caches from browsers.
Changed to default theme, deleted Newspaper theme then reinstall again.
I have reset the backend theme data.
Also deleted the homepage layout and do it all over again.
However, the same problem still exists.
Do you have any clue where would be the problem?

I have deactivate and even deleted ALL unneccessary plugins except tagDiv ones, also I have not installed any cache plugin.
Desktop site seems to be working now, but mobile still have problem.
I have attempted to delete the whole theme to start all over from clean, but whenever I press activate of the default theme, it redirect to Newspaper’s panel. How could I do so?

No, you need to keep the parent theme, all you need to do is to copy the child the from the package you get from themeforest -> https://i.imgur.com/2fTR92h.png in your WordPress install, in themes -> https://i.imgur.com/7bGBKM9.png set the code in the functions.php file that is in the child theme -> https://i.imgur.com/fFlDjXb.png like in the above example, after that activate the child theme from Appearance > theme -> https://i.imgur.com/d7oZagD.png

2. When I edit the Home, i’ve an alert message : “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”

After you get this message “Theme is successfully activated” and you check in System Status the theme is activate or not ?
Also did you install/uninstall some demos? because if you are uninstall a demo the licence will be remove too, if you want to try another demo, is no need to uninstall the one that you are using, this will be done automatic by our theme without remove the key when you install the new demo.

Please note that creating a child theme is not important if you don’t use custom code. And even if you do you can now add that code in theme panel options: https://www.screencast.com/t/WjVV9VtznN
In order to create a child theme simply install the child theme and copy the files that you want to modify in it from the normal theme. Please note that not all the files work, in our documentation there is a list with working items: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

On the other hand, I uninstall the plugin that you indicating but it still seems that there is some incompatibility. You can see in the image of the video that the facebook link appears. I’ve tried to activate the newspaper theme in my wordpress installation multiple times.
In the System Status screen, it says “Your theme is not registered” with an Activate Now button. I click the button and it takes me to a screen to enter my Envato purchase code. I’ve entered my purchase code about 8 times over the last week. After entering the code, a box pops up that states, “Theme is successfully activated”. It has stated this all 8 times.
Why does it still show the theme is not registered?

I have a fresh install of both WordPress and Newspaper. When i create a page i can edit it with Tagdiv composer at first if, but as soon as the page is saved as a draft or published I get the following error notification if editing with Tagdiv composer again: Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).
Moreover, if I set a page as the site start page I can edit it with no problems. If I try to edit a drafted page the following error is displayed in the “Add new” view: Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.
Installed plugins:
- Akismet Anti-Spam – inactive
- tagDiv Cloud Library
- tagDiv Composer
- tagDiv Social Counter
- tagDiv Standard Pack
- WP Super Cache – Same error before installing this plugin.
I have checked all Requirements for Newspaper and respected all relevant requirements, as well as the relevant point on the Tagdiv composer not working without any success. System status looks all green.
This is a completely new installation and I’m very surprised it doesn’t work out of the box. Any help is appreciated!
