Hi, today I have been updated theme to latest version. After checking I found that google think my site isn’t mobile friendly.
I do not installed any new plugins. Of course I didn’t do any changes inside theme.
In fact site totally mobile friendly, but google think’s not.
Could you help me resolve it?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, disable all of the untested plugins and check the results.

1. The sidebar widgets should be moved in the inactive sidebar section

Uninstalling a demo or installing a different one would be considered like changing the theme I believe. So all the sidebar widgets will be moved in the inactive section, by WordPress, not deleted. Then they have to be re-added in sidebars and the sidebars set again.
2. The menus are reset as well, menus you created won’t be deleted but you will have to set them again from the menu location management setting for example.
3. Only the categories the demo imported will be deleted, along with dummy posts, theme panel settings etc. Uninstalling a demo will remove everything the demo imported, including categories if you installed it with content. Categories you created won’t be removed.
There will be some work to be done when you switch demos, setting sidebars again, the menus etc. I can’t say if something can be done in this matter and stop this from happening.

Please provide your website URL and some useful screenshots with the problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. If you are referring to the Mega Menu images, you should download it again the theme version from Theme Forest and installed it via FTP way and check the results. That issue has been fixed.

I’ve tried 10x and it won’t work.
Appearance / themes / add new theme / upload theme / Choose file / Newspaper.zip / upload
it keeps getting stuck during the upload and finally says “inactivity timeout. Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.”
Now, I’m travelling the world and currently not in my home country, so I’m going to try using a VPN to log in from the US and see if that does anything… (nope… exact same problem)

I have created a new page and assigned it a default template.I want to achieve below thing:
1. Display all category featured images in this new page. When clicked on those images, user will be redirected to its relevant category page where all posts as displayed of that particular category.
Is it possible with existing theme functionality?
I order to achieve above mentioned, I tried below thing.
Created new page template in child theme. Assigned it to newly created page.Installed one plugin which adds featured imaged to the categories.
I am not a hardcore developer but I manage and wrote few lines of code in page template and I achieved above mentioned thing but now struggling with css and styling part as it is getting creepy .So I wanted to know if there is any such existing functionality in newspaper theme.
Please let me know if this is correct way and it wont mess up with theme in long run.

Have deleted the folders and reinstalled and activated, everything seems OK. After viewing all the videos about Newspaper 9 – I was so excited to buy it, then immediately after purchase the bad experiences, REALLY hoping for Newspaper 9.

td-grids-red-pack is a ionmag plugin. Please do not use it in newspaper. Please access your plugins section and remove any at all ionMag plugins you have installed. They will not work in the newspaper theme.

Could be an image used by the demo in the theme panel. After installing the demo, go over the theme panel top to bottom and replace demo images with your own.

Edit: solved! When re-installing the backup, the PHP version somehow switched from 7.0 to 5.5. After setting it back to 7.0, everything is fine again.

Update: we disabled all plugins, activated the TD Cloud Library plugin, and then we activated the other plugins one by one. It crashed when activating the TD Composer plugin.
Can we safely re-install the composer plugin? We won’t lose any pages and their lay outs we created using the Composer?

Yesterday we installed a backup of our Newspaper site, but since the Cloud Library plugin disables the site (white screen). When we deactivate the plugin using FTP (renaming it), the site is visable again. But re-installing the plugin gives the same problem. And, the post template we created is gone.
The site is on a temporary location, so if you want to look at it, you need to change your hostfile.
We have a login for TagDiv. Can I send you a mail with the login credentials?

Yes I was referring to the black demo version of the newspaper theme. Each time I try to install the demo I get mixed content warnings in the console which leads to a non-secure connection. What I mean is the https turns to http!
I have also found out where is the mixed content warning coming from.

Apparently, this is a demo image comes in-built with the theme.

Maybe this is relevant. When i install a demo which contains icon box element the icons are visible on the page, however when i edit the page with tagdiv composer to change the icon i only see “Font Newspaper” icons as described above.
So i assume that the icons are there, however they are not visible in tagdiv composer tool.

I’ve done totally fresh installation of wordpress (with new db etc). I’ve installed Newspaper.zip theme(9.1), added td-composer.zip plugin. Problem still persists. Site was refreshed multiple times. I’ve tested this in Chrome, Safari, Firefox. It doesn’t work. I’m running php5.6 on my webserver. Please advise what are the next steps ?
