First please try to force refresh ( ctrl+shift_r), also please try with other browsers.
If the problem is still there, login on themeforest and get the theme with all files, deactivate the TD Composer, go on server, delete the plugin from theme files and install the new one.

Did you have re-downloaded again the new theme packet from Theme Forest? You need to remove the old theme and install the new one instead of your old theme version.

First please clear all cache and force refresh the website, and check again, if the problem is still there please check the Requirements for Newspaper
If the problem persist please try the below steps:
Please go on themeforest and login with your credentials and get the theme with all files:

After that please deactivate the tagDiv Composer and go in theme file and delete it
( you find the plugin in wp-content>plugins ) ,after that install the new tagDiv Composer.

Hello.
I installed on a latest version of WP and after I installed the theme, only when I try to activate the tagDiv Cloud Library – give me an 500 error.
The option is to delete or remove the plugin folder and after that everything is working.
What to do?
Also I activated the theme licence and everything was OK but I can not install the default demo version, completely.
Now it works. I changed the max_execution_time to 90, max_input_vars to 3000, WP Memory Limit to 1gb.
Now i can install other plugins!

I’ve installed SSL on my site but there’s two pictures on wordpress that need to be changed which are default theme pictures but can’t find them. it’s for ewgroup.ca
When I click on edit content after I add the column text element, I get the wp-editor popup but when I type in any content and press the close button, there is no content. Please help us with this as it is very important for the site to go live.

So you are having problems installing the WPBakery page builder? If you install it by FTP all you need to do is unzip the plugin and upload it in the WordPress plugins folder

Maybe the theme did not install properly, please try and reinstall the theme, by FTP if possible

Then clear all caching and purge CDN if used. If the problem remains try as a quick test to deactivate non-theme plugins, check if this has any effect. Let us know what the results are.

Please remove all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Despite deleting and adding twice via Filezilla, I am no closer to completing the installation of the theme. The amount of time spent time researching the problem has become ridiculous. The recommendations to fix the problem are very vague. I am asking anyone with experience dealing with any suggestions, recommendations, etc.
The problem is this:
I see the plugin folder, but the theme does not. Even though I can see the plugin that came with the theme via the FTP plugin folder it isn’t available in the Newspaper plugin menu.
Why not? Am I missing something?

Hello i installed the new version newspaper 9.0 vith Nature Demo theme, when i try to change articles or pages, i got the tagdv Editor PAge but the site will never stop loading and the page remain blank, after some times a box ask if i want to wait or exit from the page…

Testing the same post still says it’s not mobile friendly. In the details screen it says “Other error” which is not very helpful to identify why this happens.
Seems like the theme resources are not loading on time and the menu links are detected as too close together.
Maybe you could make a quick test and deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Test with the tool and check if this has any effect.
Or maybe install and activate the dedicated mobile theme plugin, which should solve the problem.
