I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme if you want to achieve better theme’s results. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Ensure that your Visual Composer is updated to the latest version of it, according to the latest theme packet whit come with the theme.

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, you can use the theme license without any problems.

It could be a plugin that is causing the issue, please try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins and Woocommerce. Clear all caching installed, and check if the issue is still happening.
Also check the theme system status parameters

Ask your hosting provider to increase these resources if needed. Insufficient resources could cause such issues as well. Let us know the results.

Please make sure your theme is updated to the latest version and also please update the multi-purpose plugin by disabling and deleting the current version you have now and installing it again from the main theme package you download from envato.
Also make sure you clear all caching

Please notice that our TD Composer has been fully tested with the default theme state and should work as expected, without any problems.
If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
