Hello, i have installed WP super cache, but now the ads on the right side on homepage are not displayed to other users. I can see them but others can not. My site is https://goo.gl/a5jXTK

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

It seems that no images and thumbnails are displayed on the website, and the functionality of the theme is broken in some elements. Please try to reinstall the theme by FTP

Then deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching. Do not modify the theme files in any way.

I’ve added content to my board and it doesn’t refresh. I’ve cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the element from the page, but it still doesn’t see the new pins. Is there a way to force a refresh?

I’ve installed business theme and I change main menu colors according to your code, but when page reloads the first color that appears is default blue (while page is loading) and that is really annoying. How can I change that?

It did not work that way for me, my friend. I had to fresh install the latest theme and then the HOME PAGE got deleted.
Due to this, I had to again start afresh with a demo installer with all its settings, and content. And now I am deleting unnecessary things and updating the old ones.
This is not the first time I faced this issue but I wanted to update the theme so took the hard way.
I hope this won’t repeat in future.

I have installed this theme in my localhost and activate their with envato code. But when i upload it on server then see theme is not activated with my envato code and when i resubmit this form with my envato purchase code then sayd Envato api is down. How can i solve this

There are no modifications that you can make to display one instance of a block that way. You cannot have two modules on the first row, then three on the rest of the rows.
Please try and find a solution o create the pages using the default implementation of blocks and grids. Take a look at the theme demos and install one of them, or use them for inspiration in design

I have the same problem here. I have just installed Paper theme and i tried to modify Politics demo and nothing happens.. All the settings and console tab info are ok but input_variables = 1000 and server provider don’t want to set it on 5000. Is this the problem?

That should work, if you have set the excerpt type to letters only the number of letters you have chosen for each module title excerpt or content excerpt, will be shown. Please make sure you are setting the limit for the modules and blocks you use.

The problem started to happen when I installed the latest update to Newspaper 8. The header is not appearing on the homepage on both the desktop and mobile versions of the site. I have tested it on other computers and phones and it doesn’t appear to be a cache issue. Can you help please.

This is wrong, TagDiv shouldn’t have to make this a required plugin when we can simply use other plugins like Visual Composer which works fine. How is it required? The theme is fine without it. Sorry, don’t mean to be a pain but I’m surprised about this. Will I have to deactivate and uninstall everytime I update?

Yes that is normal. The tagDiv composer will automatically be activated when the theme is installed or updated. This is mentioned here

Yes that is correct. Maybe the theme used on the other website has options for social sharing customization. Please install the Yoast SEO plugin, this is recommended to be used with the theme in this regard. It will add the necessary functionality and options for share customization.

I just updated the Newspaper theme and it automatically installed the TagDiv Composer plugin! Is this normal? I deleted the theme then uploaded the new theme using the zip newspaper file and then TD Composer appeared activated in my plugins page and had to uninstall it. How can this happen? I should be able to choose which tagdiv plugins I would like to use.

There is no need to activate the Revolution slider. Simply install it from the theme package and if you want import one of the demo sliders

You should download again the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest because there you will find the latest theme packet. If it happened after the update, please go to your plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. This composer is automatically activated when the theme is installed or updated. It can cause similar issues for pages or posts that contain Visual composer elements.
After deactivating it everything should display like before.
