Hello !

The code i’ve sent you it should work for the desktop version but indeed it appears no to. I’ve seen that you have pasted your code into a HTML element. The HTML element has a padding top on your page. Please use the tagDiv Composer, select the ROW of the HTML element and insert number 0 in order to fix your problem: https://www.screencast.com/t/Jjy8L2ejXgS

Also the mobile version looks perfect to me as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/mmMbq66SC

Please let me know if i’ve missed something.

Thank you !

Hi,

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you are referring to. Please note that, by default, the mobile theme will display the category tags to your posts above the post title, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KBnZQcTq Ensure that you have enabled the category tag functionality from the theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aegrrYPzGw In that case, this option should have to be disabled if you want that category tag to be displayed on your post pages. If is not what you mean, please provide more details about your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thank you!

It’s a easy question:
The desktop home page of y website is ok.
The mobile version is only a “latest articles” page. It looks like the mobile version does not have a homepage at all.
https://petadvisor.it/

What is the problem?
I have installed the AMP version that you reccomend. All plugins are installed and updated.

Thank you

@Calin,

Thanks, we have resolved the previous issue, but we have another issue with the site.

The main navigation menu sub-items just spin and don’t load when both the mobile theme plugin + amp plugin are active.

You can see what I mean here: https://nimb.ws/kKpdsR

Here’s what the ajax request for fetching category content returns:

https://nimb.ws/gmnFxz

I’ve investigated a bit on this issue before and I found that its because of this line in – td-composer\legacy\common\common.php file:

if ( ! td_util::is_mobile_theme() ) {
	td_api_autoload::add('td_more_article_box', TDC_PATH . '/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_more_article_box.php');
	add_action('wp_footer', array('td_more_article_box', 'on_wp_footer_render_box'));
}

for some reason its detecting that its viewing in mobile version and that module does not get added for ajax reqeusts.

Can you help with this issue?

ps: the site -> https://sandbox.clinicalomics.com/, passcode: tempvieweraccess123*

Thanks

Hi,

1. You can change the quotation from Theme panel>Theme Fonts > Post content -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LJs79t0Yu also you can change the color too -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9WWM0dq1vwzJ

2. That is happen because you are using the mobile theme plugin, if you want to have the seam content on mobile as on desktop then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin.
Please check this similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-help-homepage-different/

3. Dis is also related to the mobile theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hi,

I believe I know what the problem is. Due to an issue that happened after the 9.7.3 update, the arrows indicating a drop-down menu in the mobile menu are invisible. They are there but invisible.

There is a quick fix for it, until permanently fixed in the next theme update. Please enter this code in the theme panel custom CSS section

.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: inline-block;
}

Then they should be visible – http://prntscr.com/o6tarjhttp://prntscr.com/o6tcxt

Sorry for this inconvenience.
Thanks

Hi,

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se

Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/

Also for the 3 blocks, you’ll need to have set same feature posts (that have set feature category) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QsJ6ppY4

If you want the responsive version and amp you should use this opinion -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jZct5ueBqOrb but if you have amp activate on pages you’ll need to create in Mobile editor a content for AMP version of page.

Let me know if you have more questions!

2. I cannot see all my post on my Mobile view, what can I do?

3. I changed the rating star colour from Black to Orange and it is working only on desktop view, how do I make them work on Desktop and on Mobile?

When I look at the Homepage in the different viewers in my editor, all looks fine. When I navigate to the site on a mobile browser however I get something completely different. All plugins are installed — am I missing a step?

Hi there,

I have been having issues since the update to 9.7.3, The “header-menu” didn’t get applied with the Newspaper styling at all, just a list of items when hovered on the menu -> https://nimb.ws/xKQkeN

And the mobile menu isn’t added to the website, so when the burger button is clicked the site just zooms out -> https://nimb.ws/sKT7ok

Can you help me with this issue?

Thanks

I think I found the problem and you should update your documentation.

New version of AMP official plugin offers 3 modes on its settings: Standard, Transitional, and Reader. Standard was preset and it breaks the site. Transitional seems to be the one that goes well with tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin.

Please, confirm that (and let all the users know about that).

That is correct. Site is broken on updating AMP official plugin to 1.2.0

See my staging: http://tiny.cc/lj6s8y

I am using tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and I followed all instructions. It was working well before upgrade.

Any hint?

Hi,

Please make sure that the CDN is set as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.

Also please check with some banner to see if the ads are working properly, for the moment I can see only 2 ads on your mobile posts ( the header ads and bottom ads ).

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hello !

You can post here your issue and we are going to try our best in solving it. From what are you saying it appears that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.

In order to have the content of your pages on mobile theme you will have to recreate the page in the mobile editor wich can be found at the bottom of the page editor as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/g8FDdPqTetf

Please provide a link to your page so we can inspect the menu issue also !

Thank you !

Yep i already did this, but it still doesn’t work…
On mobile it display blank image on the header (with headers ads plugged) and everything for the other ads.

Hi,

So you want to show the ads on mobile version, then you need to set the ads in theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yTUAIBQ6Tfs please check the ads documentation -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JvNoeHaZxwJ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to us e the mobile theme plugin you need to set the ads in Theme panel> Mobile Theme > Mobile ads -> https://www.screencast.com/t/j31wbzrA

Thank you!

Hi,

Indeed there seams to be a problem, there is set from google amp an inline style -> https://www.screencast.com/t/duWMf3kaxAU this should be 0 not 32 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6dWtG7tScd2 we’ll try to find a way to fix this problem for the coming updates.
As a quick fix you can try this custom css
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/uYL9Bkm4RhBe
.td-menu-background{
background-position: center top!important;
position: fixed!important;
top: 0!important;
}
.td-mobile-content{
padding: 20px 20px 0;
}

The code need to be set in Theme Panel>Mobile Theme>Custom code> Css

Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!
