Thanks Calin. According to hoster the critical error was caused by the TagDiv Composer so they had to deactivate it. After update, reinstall and activation I experience the mentioned trouble regarding the presets.
Where can I find tagDiv Standard pack plugins and tagdiv Cloud Library? In the plugin section there is just Composer, Social Counter, Newsletter etc.
I use Newsmag – maybe different from Newspaper?

Dupa ultimele update a disparut functionalitate, deci daca adaugam de exemplu ultimele 7 zile, ne apar stiri de 30 de zile vechime, asa si cu 24, 48 de ore
Plus daca avem nevoie de 14 zile ( nu este in lista) cum se poate de adaptat?
Este nevoie de platit ca custom request sau?

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Also, please use only one builder and not both because they will be in a plugin conflict.
If you have some custom modifications in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after every update.

It seems you have the mobile theme plugin enabled; please disable it, clear the cache, and check after.

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

In the list of fixes specified in template version 12.6.1, the problem of a pop-up video when clicking on a simple image has been resolved.

I had a second website it is almos 1 year old and i am using newspaper theme latest version. İ did publish around 50 posts and never republish or update them. I use tagdiv composer to change to publish date to update date. But I do not think it is good on google eye. Because they all new posts and not updated posts. So my question is, is there any easy way to show last updated date (when i actually updated them), and when i do not update the post, want to see the published date. Do not want to add plugin for that. And do you think it is okay to use ”ADD ELEMENT – ADD SİNGLE POST MODIFIED DATE INSTEAD OF PUBLİSHED DATE” but I have not update the posts
The last known working is Version: 12.4, this has been a bug since up thing now you people have not fixed it,
Immediately you update after 1 day, 24 hours sorting based on popularity starts going away, after 2 days 48 hours follow, that is how it goes, no posts will be showing.

I’ve tested and it is working just well. Make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

The website looks fine in editing mode, but somehow when you view it as a visitor, some elements are different. The date is not updated. Background color changed to red.

I’m talking about the “posts” tab in wordpress. As soon as I install the Newspaper update, wordpress stops counting my visits.

In the tagDiv editor, the header and footer, which are based on cloud templates, are no longer editable. They are just showing a bunch of code. The website itself displays correctly in the browser when not logged in, however. I’ve reverted to previous versions of Newspaper and have the same issues. Perhaps the new update broke something?

After you choose the first dropdown, wait until it refreshes, and then apply the second dropdown.

I have set my site to show the last update date instead of the published date. But all of my AMP pages show published dates only. I have attached two screenshots highlighting the issue.- One is a desktop version page and another is AMP.
With 12.6.1 update I cannot anymore edit Cloud Templates with TD Composer.
Are you planning to release an update since 12.6.1 is such a crap in many ways?

Please respect all the steps before updating the theme, and make sure that you are up-to-date and not infected. If your files are infected and you do the update, then the infected files will remain there, no matter which version of the theme or plugin you use. The main step is to delete every infected file from your installation, and then everything will be OK and not compromised.

If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

The server is the latest version of open lite speed with the newest version of Newspaper. The site loads soooo slow. If I switch to another theme then the site loads fast.
